Desperate needs fulfilled in less than ideal times It was rather unfortunate that current events, but i got what I desperately needed. Might good on them to send it in these oddly cruel times. Took slightly longer than originally expected, but state lockdowns, riots, and a pandemic don't really make things easy.

Called three times in past 2 days First Lady told me my “account manager would get in touch with me” and never did. Called the next day got a gentleman on the phone and said that they were gonna send me a refund/repair form. I still haven’t gotten that email. Honestly disgusted with this company. If I could give you no stars I would.

They sold the wrong ecm Part for our 03… They sold the wrong ecm Part for our 03 GMC Sierra 1500 and they will not return emails or messages or refund our money. Buyers beware I would not recommend getting parts from here for your vehicles. My recommendation would be to deal with a local auto parts store where u live.

Mintt CANCELLED my order initially.. Mintt CANCELLED my order initially... without any contact. It was several days before I checked back (since I had received NO INFORMATION about my order shipping) and found it to be cancelled. THAT WAS BAD. I contacted them and they did their best to ship ASAP after discovering their error. I DID get my PCM, but have yet to verify that it works. Follow up.... I have now received and installed my 'new' PCM and it DOESN'T work. An email that I sent to support 22 hours ago has elicited NO RESPONSE, despite the promise that the unit would work as expected. I'm hoping that I will GET a response along with an explanation about how to make it WORK. At the moment, my truck is DEAD and won't crank with the new PCM. I'm updating my review because I got a response from my first review within 2 hours of my post. The HELP mail, not so much....

Highly Recommended After Installing the PCM-computer it preformed as stated without any problems best choice for your automotive needs. Highly recommended!
