Please understand brothers and sisters…. There are a lot of reviews here on the wrong company and TrustPilot should at least correct or fix this. WeBuyCars buys cars, not sells them. WeBuyCars is a remote company that drives to your location and buys cars on the spot at an incredible convenience. You don’t have to do anything to sell the car. Fast. I keep seeing reviews about a car dealership selling cars. Wrong company. This is a family business that has never done me wrong, so I hope this gets sorted out. Bought a car at we buy cars Bought a car at we buy cars. The car gives problems, the staff is extremely unwilling to help. The F&I treats you as if she is doing you a favor instead of actually just working for her commission. Contacted customer care multiple times for assistance regarding my issues. No one ever responds. A lot of empty promises and lies. Car wasn't even washed on handover date. Head office can't assist. For your own sake keep away. (Siverlakes branch)
