bad service Walked around the mor cycle dept upstairs for hours at the dome, the big tall salesman kept walking past us and never even asked if we wanted help, the same kind of service i got from a salesman called Matthew a few weeks prior who just ignores me. Horrendous service! Horrendous service!! Bought a vehicle which needed to be transported from Gauteng to Cape Town. Not one person could inform me how long the process would take. Phoned their "customer care" number and the woman I spoke to actually said "So, what do you want me to do about it" and then proceeded to hang up on me.
