GBHorrendous service! Horrendous service!! Bought a vehicle which needed to be transported from Gauteng to Cape Town. Not one person could inform me how long the process would take. Phoned their "customer care" number and the woman I spoke to actually said "So, what do you want me to do about it" and then proceeded to hang up on me.

ZAVery very bad customer service The branch at Richmond WBC are fraudsters and take their customers for a ride.... This is the 2nd time we wanted to buy a car from them. First time they couldn't assist, gave me alot of stories. We went to another car place an within a few days after i sent my documentation I got approved an got my car (BMW) no stories no hassles. Second time around we went to WBC in Richmond again after a year to buy a 2nd car (BMW), we got a car i wanted the sales guy Tristan said I must send my docs an he will sort it, they then asked me for more Info, but failed to tell me 3 days after i viewed the car and send the more info they needed, the car was already sold to a cash buyer, which they did not make me aware of I even made the manager Mike aware of it, but he just said he will look into it and did nothing about it.. I then saw another car which it went so far as being approved twice by the bank I even signed god knows for what thinking the deal done an dusted, cause they told me its going for a service an i can collect it... Only for the FI lady Daniell to tell me she done everything humanly possible to mke it work... It got decline,, for what an how i still don't know... Their customer service are so bad i don't advise anyone to go to the Richmond branch they choose who they want to help...

ZAComplaint een trying for over a month to get a duplicate eNatis, for which we have paid. After several false promises of getting it done, as well as providing a permit for driving a vehicle which has an expired license, we have received nothing. Most of the promises were unfortunately made verbally. Nonetheless, we are still waiting for the duplicate eNatis, and to say their communication is bad would be acknowledging that they actually communicated, which they DO NOT!!! Do not buy a car from these incompetent and utterly useless people!

ZATumi The Greatest of all time service providers I was helped by the best guy ever since I visited the Dome,Tumi u r more than a sales person cz u gave me the reason to come again at the Dome for more services, given a chance to promote u my guy will do it like yesterday, keep up the great service n take webuycars to the next level.will definitely recommend Tumi wen ever u visit the Dome. ZAPeople beware- liars and con artists People beware - they are misleading , rhey are liars and thieves especially in the fine prints . When purchasing vehicles especially on finance - be very careful and go through your paperwork in every detail. Also - the dekra reports ? Don't belive a word of it . They will tell you it's passed roadworthy only to find out there's loads of issues which they will take no responsibility for . Service history ? Forget about it ! They will tell you that it's complete and up to date only to find out that it's been serviced 3 years ago last . They then make you pay for this and takes no responsibility or accountability at all .
