GBWish I could give them NO STARS! Wish I could give them less than one star. Ordered wheels showing in stock and they sent confirmation on order, Then they didn't bother to to tell me they canceled order because they didn't actually have the wheels and lied that they sent me a notice. Stay as far away as you can!

GBOrder completed in a timely fashion Finish line wheels took a little longer than expected to complete my order however they did follow through and complete the order. Three rims were delivered and the 4th was 2 weeks out. They did keep in touch with me letting me know they working on the problem. Our customer was happy with the rims and ultimately that's what is most important to us.

GBgood luck Called twice, and sent 1 initial email with 2 follow ups in the following weeks trying to get availability on a set of oem wheels. I heard back after the first email, and then was ghosted afterwards. I can't in good morals recommend this site to anyone. If they can't even respond to an email/phone call, how can they be expected to even ship a product? Just check their D- rating with the Better Business Bureau.

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! I placed an order with Finishline on 6/18/20 and after putting my card information in I received a message saying my order could not be processed. So my thoughts were maybe they didn’t have the wheels I wanted so I went with another company who took my order gave me a order number and confirmation telling me my order was being processed. On 6/23/20 at 2:30 am I received a text stating $670+ dollars had been subtracted from my account from Finishline Wheels. At that moment I was confused because from my understanding the order could not be processed. I tried contacting them the next day by phone and got a busy signal. I then contacted who they said would be “Dave” by email and explained to him what happened and I had already ordered the wheels from another company. He replied the next day saying that they didn’t tell me that and my order was being processed. I sent him another email that day letting him know I did not want the wheels because I was to receive my wheels the next day from another company and wanted my money refunded. He emailed me saying no problem. I waited a couple days and still hadn’t been refunded so I tried to contact him again but I didn’t get a response. I waited another week still no response or refund so I tried emailing him again and to this day 7/15/20 still haven’t been responded to or refunded. There is no way to talk to representative live and they won’t respond back to anymore emails. I knew once my account was billed at almost 3am it was some shady business going on. These people or person are crooks!!!! Hopefully you read this before you get your money stolen.
