HELL TO THE NO!!! DO NOT do business with this company. Bad engines, poor customer service, no refund or resolve. Asked to speak with a supervisor on numerous occasions, and the response that was given was “we don’t do that here.” Biggest SCAM of all time.

I had an awful experience with your… I had an awful experience with your company. To start off with the company you used to ship my engine which cost over $1,400 by the way did not strap the engine down in the trailer. Also when the liftgate driver came the engine fell off of the liftgate damaging the engine further. Also your customer service is horrible. I asked for a refund, and haven't received it yet and it's been 7 days. If I don't receive it in two days, I'm reporting you to the BBB and contacting my lawyer for proceedings.

I ended up having to cancel purchased… I ended up having to cancel purchased part. Refund was successfully provided, the process was flawless. Amazon was also involved with the transaction. I will tell all of my automotive repair friends and associates about your website and fantastic prices. I will be using your services now that I know of your existence. Difficulty to cancel order I submitted an online form to cancel my order.. To my surprise i recieved an email stating the order shipped so I called customer service a d was informed they didn't recieve anything about a cancelation. I asked them to cancel the order and was informed that I would be responsible for shipping charges. 1 week later I'm getting a text stating that my order is available to pick up... I now need to call and find out why it was not canceled

Overall this is the place to buy… Overall this is the place to buy quality replacement parts for a more than just competitive price. The only catch is waiting a few days for them to show up, so if you can manage that, it's a fantastic buy.
