GBUnable to return wrong engine. The engine we ordered was a slightly different configuration than we needed. When we went to return it, they just put us on hold until we hung up (multiple times) and when they did finally answer, they said we were outside the 30-day return period. Nice game. Terrible business practices. DO NOT BUY!

GBDifficulty to cancel order I submitted an online form to cancel my order.. To my surprise i recieved an email stating the order shipped so I called customer service a d was informed they didn't recieve anything about a cancelation. I asked them to cancel the order and was informed that I would be responsible for shipping charges. 1 week later I'm getting a text stating that my order is available to pick up... I now need to call and find out why it was not canceled

GBNever again I will never recommend this company of any parts. They sale used parts without making sure the part even work. I purchased apart for 120 that cost 420 to fix because they are super negligent in the parts they are selling. They are selling anything and not caring if it works or not! I will never purchase anything from them again or recommend them for nothing. They sale yes faulty parts and u will foot the bill all by yourself!

GBA1 service This transaction was flawless from start to finish. The transmission I ordered was promptly shipped direct to the repair shop of my choice. Transmission is working great! I would definitely recommend them

GBThe Lexus CD Radio I purchased is… The Lexus CD Radio I purchased is missing the faceplate. As Lexus does not sell the faceplate separately, I question why I was charged the current price you have for other complete identical Lexus 6 CD radios in your inventory? However, I would like to commend both Chris in sales and Star in customer service who each made an effort to help me buy the correct CD radio. I assume that you have some level of quality control in place to prevent a part from being shipped with missing parts. So, what happened? Sincerely, Thomas Hoover
