I had an awful experience with your… I had an awful experience with your company. To start off with the company you used to ship my engine which cost over $1,400 by the way did not strap the engine down in the trailer. Also when the liftgate driver came the engine fell off of the liftgate damaging the engine further. Also your customer service is horrible. I asked for a refund, and haven't received it yet and it's been 7 days. If I don't receive it in two days, I'm reporting you to the BBB and contacting my lawyer for proceedings.

Not a very good experience...Overpriced used auto parts ..I overpaid for used alternator.Wanted to charge a ridiculous restocking fee (35$)..Cut my loss ..Do not do business with you will regret it !!!Go to a parts yard and pull it yourself save yourself $100 !!I would leave zero stars if given the opportunity!!
