GBNot bad, but not great either. Many of the dealers do not keep their inventory updated. I spent much of the day I planed on purchasing a car on the phone with various dealers trying to find one. Once I was able to locate the model I was after, when I arrived, the dealer had not been upfront with the very obvious water damage. I'm down on CarSoup for not keeping their dealers accountable, and will consider buying through other sources.

GBNot enough options to reduce the search … Not enough options to reduce the search ...need more options like competitors. Any reported accidents, smaller or more specific dollar amount (too broad), seating, ect

GBNever again Never again, horrible experience I am not a dealer but I am selling a lot of cars and carsoup.com became a horrible website. Every time when I post my car for sale it's never posted right away I have to call support team and its take some time until they find my add. If you post on weekend forget about you have to wait till Monday BS. Come on carsoup!

GBDisappointed Was interested in a car and emailed the seller but the seller never answered our email. Understand the need to be cautious on the internet, but it would be better if there was a phone number to call instead of waiting for an email back. Then the next day, I tried to get on carsoup but the internet site must have been down because i couldn't get on. Found a car on craigslist instead and am now driving it. Can't say I'd recommend carsoup.com to anyone I know.

GBEverything is just "ok" I like the platform, it makes searching for cars much easier--however I took advantage of a free 25$ gift card for a test drive on a qualified car, and never actually received the promo, even though I followed all of the steps. I was going to test drive the car either way, but if you promise something-you should follow through.
