slow emails responses people would respond to my ad,... but i would not see it on my message board for 3 months later,.. and carsoup would never send a response to my email address... this happened on two of my car sale...place the ad in july... would not get a response till the following year,... the date on the response was for july of the folllowing year... carsoup scam

Everything is just "ok" I like the platform, it makes searching for cars much easier--however I took advantage of a free 25$ gift card for a test drive on a qualified car, and never actually received the promo, even though I followed all of the steps. I was going to test drive the car either way, but if you promise something-you should follow through.

Worked for me I utilized Carsoup.com to put me in touch with a car dealer that had in their new car inventory two cars that were of interest to me. I am still in conversations with that dealer. We have not finalized a deal to date, but hope that we can reach agreement on a trade price. CarSoup was instrumental in making these trade conversations begin. My hats off to CarSoup.com.

Site needs some improvements I love CarSoup but you need to add an option to be able to select by page when you are looking at cars. To arrow back or hit previous button takes forever. If you find a car on page 40 for example that you want to compare to the one you saw on page 4, it takes forever.

Not bad, but not great either. Many of the dealers do not keep their inventory updated. I spent much of the day I planed on purchasing a car on the phone with various dealers trying to find one. Once I was able to locate the model I was after, when I arrived, the dealer had not been upfront with the very obvious water damage. I'm down on CarSoup for not keeping their dealers accountable, and will consider buying through other sources.
