USOut of all the sites that I use Out of all the sites that I use, carsoup is the most difficult to deal with. Whenever I use carsoup, the pages keep scrolling or jump up and down. It is very frustrating to use this site when I am searching for something specific.

USNot bad, but not great either. Many of the dealers do not keep their inventory updated. I spent much of the day I planed on purchasing a car on the phone with various dealers trying to find one. Once I was able to locate the model I was after, when I arrived, the dealer had not been upfront with the very obvious water damage. I'm down on CarSoup for not keeping their dealers accountable, and will consider buying through other sources.

USToyota sienna This website gave us many options and locations within our zip code. Loved the information in each car provided. Helped us look for awhile and compare prices. I especially appreciate the days the car was for sale and how the asking price is rated against other comparables.

USVery Disappointed with the dealers lack of response The 1st Avenue dealership would not return my calls nor respond to my e-mails regarding a vehicle I was greatly interested in. CarSoup.com did an excellent job on their part. I have recommended the site to others. Their partner 1st Avenue was the failing partner. I would give CarSoup 4.5 stars.

USSite needs some improvements I love CarSoup but you need to add an option to be able to select by page when you are looking at cars. To arrow back or hit previous button takes forever. If you find a car on page 40 for example that you want to compare to the one you saw on page 4, it takes forever.
