GBBait n Switch/ Misleading Advertisement I bought a floor mat for my car on February 22, 2024. It arrived on March 4th but unfortunately, it was not what I expected. The product was advertised as 'High Class/Luxury Leather,' but it turned out to be made of PU-Leather, which is not what I wanted. I immediately contacted the seller to return the product, but they refused, claiming that they had guaranteed PU leather (leather-like). That claim was not in the advertisement, and I would never have bought PU Leather (aka Pleather). After 11 days of back-and-forth emails, the seller finally provided me with a return address located in Thailand, I found this odd. I also discovered that another customer had returned a similar product to the seller for a 100% refund, but was only offered a 50% refund instead. It seems to me that this company is dishonest and untrustworthy. They are now offering me a 15% refund to just keep it. I believe they are aware that they falsely advertised the product and are unwilling to accept it back. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission due to the misleading ad/false advertisement by this company."

CAThe USA car seat company is a big scammer The USA car seat company is a big scammer, they show different and sell totally different. Extremely bad in customer service and never replace or return the faulty products. I made a big mistake not to check the reviews before I order the seat covers. I ordered Black with small portion of Red colour but they sent opposite and the most bad part is it is a very ugly red colour. On top, their seat overs never match the car seats although you expect the same model covers as they are universal fit which does not fit properly to my Tesla at all. They never listen to customers concerns and never cooperate with them. I must advise that you should never ever buy the products from them. You will regret your purchase. This company must be sued and banned from the market as they are big scammers.

AU**BEWARE **BEWARE - RIP OFF ALERT** I purchased floor mats and were sent ones for another vehicle, I was offered a 30% refund to mail them back for inspection. Once received they refused to credit anymore as it was outside the 15 days return time (even though they asked I send) Many emails and pathetic excuses and then finally refunded another $30 to be 50% of the sale value (but I had to pay postage to return) so I have lost over $160 au and still have no mats, I would never consider purchasing ever again, totally ripped off…..

GBThis US car seats is a scam overseas… This US car seats is a scam overseas company. They shipped my product in a beat up box all taped together. The first car seat I attempted to install had a broken zipper. For 3 months now they have put me off after offering a return or a discount of 15% to have the zipper repaired and keep the product. I have requested a full refund and will ship their product back which they have continued with not honoring my request for a full refund. They state money back guarantee but have no intentions of doing the right thing.

GBUsing this company is highly… Using this company is highly recommended. When we recently required assistance to make sure we appropriately relocated the car seat into a different vehicle, we received the same great customer care that we had when we purchased our car seat in January of this year. Since my kid has always been on the little side, we talked about her height and weight when we got the car seat so I could make sure she would be safe. It was also her hatred to get in the car. After discussing our alternatives and determining which would fit the two cars we wanted it to fit into, we decided on one in particular. When we first met, nothing seemed too much bother. My daughter looked so much more at ease the moment we tested the seat.
