When we recently required assistance to make sure we appropriately relocated the car seat into a different vehicle, we received the same great customer care that we had when we purchased our car seat in January of this year. Since my kid has always been on the little side, we talked about her height and weight when we got the car seat so I could make sure she would be safe. It was also her hatred to get in the car. After discussing our alternatives and determining which would fit the two cars we wanted it to fit into, we decided on one in particular. When we first met, nothing seemed too much bother. My daughter looked so much more at ease the moment we tested the seat.

No one answers the phone when you try to reach out to them, just a machine, finally i got a hold of someone via email and they refused to take any accountability
