Simply awful experience Simply awful experience. Seat covers were not made to fit my Mercedes. As previously mentioned, the 100% Refund is only if you ship the item back to China at your expense. Over $400 postage. PayPal was no help either. Back in July, support offered me a 50% refund but kept giving me excuses why the refund wasn't processed. It is now Nov and they won't respond to my daily messages at all. UPDATE!!!! After posting this review, US CarSeat without any explanation sent me a 100% Refund. WOW Only took 4 months.

This US car seats is a scam overseas… This US car seats is a scam overseas company. They shipped my product in a beat up box all taped together. The first car seat I attempted to install had a broken zipper. For 3 months now they have put me off after offering a return or a discount of 15% to have the zipper repaired and keep the product. I have requested a full refund and will ship their product back which they have continued with not honoring my request for a full refund. They state money back guarantee but have no intentions of doing the right thing.
