Bought S&S valve spring kit for my 74… Bought S&S valve spring kit for my 74 sportster, alternate part number was listed. Received kpmi kit. Website didn't mention alternate number was not S&S. Nobody could answer question if kibble white makes for S&S. All the springs in the kit were under Harley specification of 1&1/2 outer spring and 1&23/64 for inner spring. So, they repackaged some bad springs and sold them. I am waiting to hear from technical support to clarify this issue. Also contacted kpmi to alert them and see if they can help to clarify this situation.

How much better can it be ?? How much better can it be ? Fair price but almost more importantly, super fast delivery with a UPS return label in the event that the part is incorrect for whatever reason. It just doesn't get any better than that.

Ordered exhaust to then get an email… Ordered exhaust to then get an email that they are discontinued a day later. Called manufacture of the exhaust and was told they are not discontinued. Called Dennis Kirk back to get nothing but an excuse. Will never do business with this company again. Highly unprofessional.

Bad Bad Company. Did I say Bad? Used their on line system and entered the Make year and model to order chrome lower belt guard for my motorcycle. Ordered the part and they sent the one I ordered however it was incorrect. Call and spoke to the Women who handles this and she denied that the system did not happen. I used their app 3 times a it came up with the wrong part every time. Besides the wrong part selection using their app she was a nasty Twit. Very bad company to do business with. I recommend that you do not deal with this company I for sure will not. PS I have been buying Motorcycle part for 40 years and this was the worst customer service I have ever received . First time dealing with them, strike one Dennis Kirk your out!

Customer service department is ridiculous Customer service department is absolutely rude. I can't believe you can a run a business like this. If you hate your job this bad then quit. Don't make everyone's life miserable in the process when they call into ask a question.
