Ordered a pair of factory 47… Ordered a pair of factory 47 handlebars. They sent me the wrong ones. She asked me what the sticker was on the packaging which was correct, but the bars were completely different. Didn’t really make an effort to make it right just pretty much offered to refund. If this one was Stickered wrong they all would be. Not really sure why they couldn’t physically check before sending ended up just ordering from factory 47. Will never use this company again

My front wheel arrived damaged … My front wheel arrived from China before my back one arrives. It came with two dents. Because lock down was happening and shops were closed I couldn't fit my wheels so took two month to be able to see that damage and when I emailed them they said it was passed the warranty. Then I sent photos and videos and they said they couldn't see it. I was also emailing China probably because she couldn't even speak English properly. Another USA company sold to cheap Chinese products.

Sandy Boerner such a bad customer service Sandy Boerner, Denis Keira and Travis did such an unbelievably poor job at customer service. Did not tried the slightest to resolve the issue. Did the bare minimum by responding to my emails but did not tried truc the issue. I emailed this company right after placing the order realizing that I had made a mistake in the address and the product. Asked to fix address, they didn’t try to correct it…

We purchased an item a year ago from… We purchased an item a year ago from Dennis Kirk and we were charged on our American Express card ….. just recently we used affirm and canceled the order and refused the package …. Deb in customer care only gave us a partial refund cause of a mix up with American Express …. Not even related to Affirm ….. legal action is next unless refunded on an item we Never received ….

How much better can it be ?? How much better can it be ? Fair price but almost more importantly, super fast delivery with a UPS return label in the event that the part is incorrect for whatever reason. It just doesn't get any better than that.
