Horrible all the way around Horrible all the way around! They sent me bars that looked like someone had returned. Thrown back in a box which when I received one end of the bar was sticking out of the box, tape all over the handle bar and missing hardware Called customer service Kassondra Sweeney which had an attitude like if their poor customer service and crappy packaging and service was my fault. Not even an apology. I should have read the reviews before giving them my business. Live and learn

Customer service department is ridiculous Customer service department is absolutely rude. I can't believe you can a run a business like this. If you hate your job this bad then quit. Don't make everyone's life miserable in the process when they call into ask a question.

I have been ordering parts from them… I have been ordering parts from them for 3 years now and have so many good things to say about them like speedy shipping,great product,great price,and wonderful customer service. Will order from this company as long as they have what I need.

Poor customer service I purchased a $50.00 Dollar gift certificate for my Grandson. He lost / misplaced / destroyed it! I contacted "denniskirk" customer service, and they were happy to replace it, BUT it never came. They told me on three occasions that it was E-mailed to me. hey had the correct address, and I interrogated my computer history, but Nothing! Our club will not buy from them again. I could understand if they just refused to replace the certificate, but can not accept deceit.

Ordered a pair of factory 47… Ordered a pair of factory 47 handlebars. They sent me the wrong ones. She asked me what the sticker was on the packaging which was correct, but the bars were completely different. Didn’t really make an effort to make it right just pretty much offered to refund. If this one was Stickered wrong they all would be. Not really sure why they couldn’t physically check before sending ended up just ordering from factory 47. Will never use this company again
