GBI called in to see about purchasing a transmission I called in to see about purchasing a transmission. The first attempt, the phone rang for a long time. I eventually fame up. 20 minutes later, I tried again. This time a guy answers. I proceed to ask this guy about purchasing a transmission as well as asking a few more questions. This person became very abrupt and then just hung up. I can't say that I have ever experienced such poor behavior.

GBEverything everyone is saying on here… Everything everyone is saying on here with the bad reviews is 100% right, this company is a scam and they have dont nothing but take my money. This company never provided me with tracking or did follow up emails, every time I called they would transfer my call to basically nobody and I would have to call back. Run away from this company nightmare trying to get a transmission or engine from this place.

GBThese people are a rip off These people are a rip off, read the reviews and believe it,bad customer servicie,there warranty supervisor is a b itch!Scott.They are rude and unprofessional,I'm $2200 into this transmission and still don't have a good one. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY SW TRANSMISSION SUCK!

GBSame as everyone else sent them 2700… Same as everyone else sent them 2700 dollars waited a month then said they where cleaning it wink wink .They ended up getting me for 200 in the end for restocking fee thats there whole scam . aNYTHING THEY ACTUALLY SEND IS FROM A JUNK YARD THEY HAVE NEVER SEEN IN REAL LIFE AND HAPPENS TO HAVE A PART THEY AN MAKE A 50PERCENT MARK UP . Problem is like my situation the part is only available from Subaru .

GBDON'T DO IT! They took the money for the transmission and then delayed over a month and a half, would not get me to anyone who would answer a phone or return my call. Today I was able to get elevated to a manager who looked further into the concern. They screwed up the transmission in the process of rebuilding, blamed it on the shipping department and refused to tell me until today which they just informed me was going to result in a refund. Absolute horrible experience worst customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
