OMG I should have read the reviews… I should have read the reviews before using these people. Same disgusting behavior: Bought a transmission; Shipped to home; third party shipped it; not on truck; not at dock; cant deliver to home; Gets delivered to nearby gas station; have to pick it up. Finally put in and the pump is bad (transmission repair and tester shop said so). Dealing with the warranty J erks is ridiculous. You have to have this, and that, and oh 25% fee for taking the piece of C rap back. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

Wolves in sheep's clothing This transaction started out pleasant enough, and it all sounds good on the website when you read about the warranty. They talked a sweet game on the first call when the transmission was ordered. It took a month to get the first one. Over five months and over $1000 later, we have been through two non-working transmissions, excuses, rudeness, and incompetence. The manager will not speak to you or return your messages. If you call, you are transferred several times and put on hold each time. I seriously regret ever finding this company!

Positive Experience Overall a positive experience. Bought a trans. for a 1994 Jeep GC, 2w drive, so not an easy part to find. Nearly every part of the transaction was done on line, which made me nervous - but after talking to an SW rep from the Tulsa branch I felt confident enough to continue. The overall time to get the product seemed a tad long (a little over 2 weeks), but I did, in the end get a good transmission that shifts normally and has been working fine for 2 months now. The price was higher than some other company's quotes, but the one year/12k mile warranty was a selling point. Hopefully I won't have to use it. (Side Note: when registering your mileage for the warranty it is important to type the purchase date in the correct format using slashes not dashes)

What everyone else said - STAY AWAY! What everyone else said! STAY AWAY! I didn't purchase direct, the "shop" that was suppose to complete the work did. The shop went under and I am left with a transmission that doesn't work and a POS company called SW Transmissions that is as terrible as all the previous reviews claim!!! Scott is very nice and helpful until it comes time to actually honor a warranty!!
