Same as everyone else sent them 2700… Same as everyone else sent them 2700 dollars waited a month then said they where cleaning it wink wink .They ended up getting me for 200 in the end for restocking fee thats there whole scam . aNYTHING THEY ACTUALLY SEND IS FROM A JUNK YARD THEY HAVE NEVER SEEN IN REAL LIFE AND HAPPENS TO HAVE A PART THEY AN MAKE A 50PERCENT MARK UP . Problem is like my situation the part is only available from Subaru .

DON'T DO IT! They took the money for the transmission and then delayed over a month and a half, would not get me to anyone who would answer a phone or return my call. Today I was able to get elevated to a manager who looked further into the concern. They screwed up the transmission in the process of rebuilding, blamed it on the shipping department and refused to tell me until today which they just informed me was going to result in a refund. Absolute horrible experience worst customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is ridiculous..Ordered… This company is ridiculous..Ordered trans and specifically requested they check certain things..like the transmission solenoid body connector and they stated they never send out any trans with issues like that. Received trans and sure enough had that exact issue and looked like the trans came out of the bottom of a lake. I sent pictures and disputed my charges. They said they would pick up trans and that was 5 weeks ago.my mechanic is not a storage facility.

Swtransmissions.com is a scam I am only giving a 1star for swtransmissions.com because I had to put a rating otherwise they would get a negative 100 . This company is a scam . Do not purchase . I tried to cancel same day as order they hang up then don’t answer calls. I’ve contacted attorney general and a lawyer ! They are scammers !

This is the worst company ever This is the worst company ever, I purchased a transmission from them with a warranty on part and labor and it was defective. So of course when I called them to inform of the bad unit that they sent me, they did send me another one a month later. But I have been getting passed around and ignored since July on getting my warranty claim satisfied. I have yet to hear from the manager Sancho Pike
