GBScam Company I got scammed from them by not heeding other people's warnings here. I ordered a transmission, realized the company sucked after I placed the order so I immediately canceled within 1 business day to avoid the headache. Nevertheless, they think they're entitled to keep 25% of the cost of the transmission for doing nothing! Avoid this s**t company at all costs! If you got scammed too, options are that you can file a complaint with the BBB of Wisconsin, the DATCP of Wisconsin, and the CFPB. And don't forget about chargebacks too!

GBWhat everyone else said - STAY AWAY! What everyone else said! STAY AWAY! I didn't purchase direct, the "shop" that was suppose to complete the work did. The shop went under and I am left with a transmission that doesn't work and a POS company called SW Transmissions that is as terrible as all the previous reviews claim!!! Scott is very nice and helpful until it comes time to actually honor a warranty!!

GBThis is the worst company ever This is the worst company ever, I purchased a transmission from them with a warranty on part and labor and it was defective. So of course when I called them to inform of the bad unit that they sent me, they did send me another one a month later. But I have been getting passed around and ignored since July on getting my warranty claim satisfied. I have yet to hear from the manager Sancho Pike

GBOpinion on Sale, Receipt and Use of Transmission The sale and teceipt went fine. I dealt woth curteous representatives and felt the decission to buy was the right decision. Yesterday when pulling into traffic the car hesitated and then would only craw. I took it to out mechanic. Today i found out that two sensors are inducating that the transmissions need to be replaced. I am asking my mechanic to call and discuss.

GBPositive Experience Overall a positive experience. Bought a trans. for a 1994 Jeep GC, 2w drive, so not an easy part to find. Nearly every part of the transaction was done on line, which made me nervous - but after talking to an SW rep from the Tulsa branch I felt confident enough to continue. The overall time to get the product seemed a tad long (a little over 2 weeks), but I did, in the end get a good transmission that shifts normally and has been working fine for 2 months now. The price was higher than some other company's quotes, but the one year/12k mile warranty was a selling point. Hopefully I won't have to use it. (Side Note: when registering your mileage for the warranty it is important to type the purchase date in the correct format using slashes not dashes)
