The world need to know SW… The world need to know SW Transmission also online known as Quality Used Transmission is a nationwide scam. Either you get junk parts or lose your money. I don't see how the Feds haven't shut them down. If you purchase something from them after reading this review, it's your own damn fought.

Everything everyone is saying on here… Everything everyone is saying on here with the bad reviews is 100% right, this company is a scam and they have dont nothing but take my money. This company never provided me with tracking or did follow up emails, every time I called they would transfer my call to basically nobody and I would have to call back. Run away from this company nightmare trying to get a transmission or engine from this place.

OMG I should have read the reviews… I should have read the reviews before using these people. Same disgusting behavior: Bought a transmission; Shipped to home; third party shipped it; not on truck; not at dock; cant deliver to home; Gets delivered to nearby gas station; have to pick it up. Finally put in and the pump is bad (transmission repair and tester shop said so). Dealing with the warranty J erks is ridiculous. You have to have this, and that, and oh 25% fee for taking the piece of C rap back. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.

Bad company to deal with They need to get quality parts like they advertise. I just wish I had thought and read reviews about them before I ordered my part. I ordered ot Sunday night and I went back to check on things and remembered I didn't check reviews for this company and when I did I called first thing Monday morning to cancel my order knowing they hadn't had time to do anything with my order. I was sent from person to person but finally got it canceled. My payment hadn't even processed yet and they still charged the 25% fee which was my fault for not reading the reviews but at least I didn't get taken for the whole amount of the part by receiving something that probably wasn't going to be worth it. DO NOT DEAL.WITH THIS COMPANY

This company is ridiculous..Ordered… This company is ridiculous..Ordered trans and specifically requested they check certain things..like the transmission solenoid body connector and they stated they never send out any trans with issues like that. Received trans and sure enough had that exact issue and looked like the trans came out of the bottom of a lake. I sent pictures and disputed my charges. They said they would pick up trans and that was 5 weeks ago.my mechanic is not a storage facility.
