I would run away I would run away! They seem nice at first, but then they become nasty after asking to fix their lemon cars. They at times are verbally abusive and will lie even to the attorney general office. Please go some where else first. They do not respect customers, especially minority customers.

Best Customer Service I originally went just down the road to a more well known dealer but upon arriving the salesman made me feel like I was just another commission check. I went on to the next one and all they did was bash the competition. I went on to Auto Action and they were great. Showed me around the lot and actually explained things to me. The salesman, Jason, always called me by name and was very patient with me. All of the guys are great and I couldn't feel more welcome. They asked me mire than once if I needed anything, a drink, food, or even a comfortable couch when I joked about being tired. I can see myself staying with them and purchasing another vehicle from them down the road.

Bad experience The sales man barely spoke English , I had my car not even a week and had I issues with exposed battery wires and I wasn't explained my full details on my payments
