GBAuto action is a thief When I first got my car Dori put it under her friend address just to get us in it because she wanted that 1400$ we had.We never got our tags they took money from my car note to pay for tags without our permission and never told us.Then my husband broke his hand in 3 places and we called to get them to work with us until he went back to work and they never did but snatched the car from my job right after I went off break and tried to knock off two payments because they messed up big time nooo I got someone else that will handle them my lawyer

GBgood service, good car, would defitinely recommend I have bought 2 cars from auto action now and haven't had any problems with my credit and getting the car I wanted. If I have a service issue I know im covered with their 12 month 15,000 mile warranty which is really nice. They also have a large selection of cars to choose from, I would definitively recommend all my family and friends there.

GBCar not worth the price I bought a 2005 Dodge Durango pay 400 per month. Come to find out that the Durango I bought is a 2004 from what the VIN says. It also has a CD player that does not work. Air comes in from the right passenger door. The sunroof leaks. The tires were horrible and they only replaced the 2 front tires with 2 used tires that weren't even that good. It was so dirty when we bought it. There are scratches and dents over the entire thing. The speedometer does not work right. They wouldn't even provide a car fax. I don't feel safe in this car at all especially with my kids. The only positive is that my husband had lost his job and we had fallen behind in payments and they did work with us to help get us back on track. I guess I just have to deal with it since I don't have the best of credit, but my mom and dad were in the same boat and bought a car from Quik Auto and they got an awesome deal, very good payment and the car they bought it reliable and a lot nicer. Just really check out what you are buying and shop around. This was the first place that approved us and we rushed into it because we really needed a vehicle that would fit my entire family and this was the only thing that worked. I just really regret that we were not able to take the time to find a better vehicle.

GBnothing but disappointment My experience with your dealership has been horrible. There were a few decent employees, but mostly, no one is willing to deal with us. Both cars had safety issues and no one is willing to correct them. Now we are stuck with a vehicle that is practically inoperable and we are being told they won't fix it. It hasn't even been 48 hours. Your salesmen have lied to us regarding the vehicles, they have lied about how they are going to fix the problems, and they bounce us around on the phone so much to confuse us. Then when we go in there to talk about the safety issues, your salesman looks at us and says they're really getting sick of this. Well, WE are sick of this. We have small children and wanted a safe reliable vehicle. And for $10,000, on a vehicle that is only worth $6000, I should have a safe, reliable vehicle. I will let everyone I know not to do business with your company. This is the worst experience I've ever had when getting a used car. The Van Buren location is just as bad as the one on Glendale.I have pictures of everything wrong on BOTH cars.
