Wildrock 4x4 is a Scam Company! I ordered a jeep grill as a Christmas… Wildrock4x4 is a scam company! I ordered a jeep grill as a Christmas gift for my husband. He decided he wanted a different one. I contacted Wildrock to return it. All their email responses seem computer generated. I have asked repeatedly for their phone number. And proper return address. I returned the item to the address on the box, and after many emails, they finally said, you sent it, to the wrong address, sorry. I have since seen they have an F rating with the BBB, I will never do business with them again!! What kind of business doesnt provide a proper phone number!!

Wish I had seen this prior to ordering… Wish I had seen this prior to ordering from them! Ordered a bumper received it, but the lights that were suppose to come with it did not! I tried 3 different numbers and finally received an answer from an Asian woman who told me my order # was wrong and then proceeded to hang up on me! I am disputing my Cc With this company. Scam!!!

I wish I had read the reviews here… I wish I had read the reviews here before. I ordered on a Friday morning and contacted them Monday night to find out when my order would ship, as soon as I got the “Hello Friend” email I started looking. Long story short, the item finally shipped, arrived and was what I ordered. The issue is it is a name brand item that they resold, I looked up the item and found it directly from the manufacturer for $299, they charged me $499. I am a sucker, buyer beware. I am not sure I would have received it had I not pressed the issue and threatened to request a refund from PayPal and Discover. I did manage to get a $40 credit back for the delay in shipping.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMAPNY, CHECK BBB Absolutely horrible customer service, not only was my parts made incorrectly and color was wrong, they basically told me after sending pictures that they are sorry about the color and I had the part backwards. So I took some pictures of the part orientated they way they said and the part was even more misaligned. They also didn’t address the fact that the part was to wide and wouldn’t fit anyway.
