Order never received- card charged Ordered a headlight bracket for my jeep wrangler JL (2018) two weeks ago. After purchasing the bracket Wildrock sent me and email letting em know I would receive an email and a text once the brackets were sent out. I never received an email or text. A week later I emailed Wildrock, no response, emailed them again, no response. They have no number attached to their website so you can't call in. There was a number attached to the charge on my credit card, called them and the number doesn't exist. I've filed a dispute and will never purchase a thing from these guys.

Purchased a new bumper Purchased a new bumper. 3 months later, no word from the seller, no response from multiple attempts to be reimbursed or receive product. Credit card company conducted an investigation as well and was unable to contact seller. A little background investigation of the phone and address will confirm: do not purchase from this seller.

I wish I had read the reviews here… I wish I had read the reviews here before. I ordered on a Friday morning and contacted them Monday night to find out when my order would ship, as soon as I got the “Hello Friend” email I started looking. Long story short, the item finally shipped, arrived and was what I ordered. The issue is it is a name brand item that they resold, I looked up the item and found it directly from the manufacturer for $299, they charged me $499. I am a sucker, buyer beware. I am not sure I would have received it had I not pressed the issue and threatened to request a refund from PayPal and Discover. I did manage to get a $40 credit back for the delay in shipping.

Terrible I ordered a gille and headlights for my TJ, the grille turned up after i emailed them. I will be pursuing a refund through paypal as the lights never arrived, terrible service stay clear at all costs!
