My husband love the grille I was looking everywhere to get a special grille as a birthday present for my husband's 2008 4 door wrangler. Everything I found was matte black one(which is definitely not what I was looking for).The car is Ocean Blue. I contacted these guys and they were able to make it.I sent them the color code, they adjusted the paint color several times, and made a same color grille for me. I cannot express how happy I was when I received it. Many thanks.

Ordered a painted grille Ordered a painted grille. Fitment was good, a few flaws with dust under the paint. The biggest issue is it didnt match. The color is not correct. I selected the right color and chose the vehicle and paint color. I like it enough to pay to have it repainted myself vs ordering another from them or any where else and risking the same issue with paint matching. The thing is inexpensive to buy so spending another couple hundred to have it repainted isn't the end of the world. Hence the two stars. When I ordered this I knew it was a gamble. I read the numerous poor reviews related to returns and decided to gamble because the grilles are cheap. Glad its just a color issue and not fitment. At least this way I don't have to deal with trying to return it.

AVOID AT ALL COST I ordered a rear wheel cover. Got confirmation of order. Never received tracking code, OR confirmation of shipment. 800 number disconnected. Email bounced. called direct left left several messages, none returned. It as been a month and no response. I have filed a complaint with the credit card people. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH, AVOID AT ALL COST

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMAPNY, CHECK BBB Absolutely horrible customer service, not only was my parts made incorrectly and color was wrong, they basically told me after sending pictures that they are sorry about the color and I had the part backwards. So I took some pictures of the part orientated they way they said and the part was even more misaligned. They also didn’t address the fact that the part was to wide and wouldn’t fit anyway.

Filing complaint with PayPal now Filing complaint with PayPal now. Recommending they cease their partnership with this excuse for a responsible vendor. Caveat emptor There is nothing positive to report here. Will not respond to any requests for order status. You have. Been WARNED.
