bad experience , I regret dealing with them it was a very bad experience. I had for almost three months for my order and when I received it I was shocked that they sent another item than what I requested. the item they sent had a price less than half of the price of the one I ordered and they billed the full amount in addition to that I had to pay shipping , customs and fees based on the bill. when I contacted them regarding the mistake they made they didn't take responsibility and asked me to pay for shipping the wrong item back to them they even refused to refund the price difference between the two items.

Avoid this company! Terrible experience with this business. I ordered four parts over 2 months ago. As of today I have only received one item. Communication is terrible. You can't reach them by phone and they take about one week to answer emails. Stay away from this business. I'm still trying to resolve getting a refund or my parts.

Absolute worst Absolute worst. Ordered a part weeks ago. Did not ship in 2-5 days. No email saying there was an issue. Finally got through on the phone 2 weeks ago and they said my part was scheduled for 1-16 delivery. I got no email saying it shipped, so I was skeptical. No part arrived. Tried to call over and over and can't get anyone to answer the phone. Emailed them to cancel. Now contacting PayPal and bank because they wasted no time taking my money.

Wrong address I ordered a thermostat for our Jeep and either I accidentally fat figured the zip code or when they had another store ship the part gave them the wrong zip code. But either way it got delivered to an address that does not even exist. Most of the time when you order something from a reputable place it verifies the address you put in is a real address. I guess theirs does not. I tried contacting the company delivering it, UPS & then USPS, once I noticed it had the wrong city & they said the address had to be changed by the company. Not sure how they delivered it to an address that isn’t there. Needless to say once I could get ahold of MoparOnlineParts it was already delivered and they said there’s nothing they could do about it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Do not buy from here! Save yourself the money and hassle. I bought roof crossbars for my car and they sent me a defective piece that made everything unusable. Customer service refused to do anything about it and eventually stopped responding altogether. Stay away from this place!! Poor quality parts with even worse customer service.
