Sold me a "ready to drive" truck Sold me a "ready to drive" truck, when it arrived fortunately I had my mechanic go over it only to find that the flywheel was installed incorrectly. They had no interest in hearing about it let alone doing anything about it, so they can talk with my attorney.

Consigned my 1983 Mustang GLX… Consigned my 1983 Mustang GLX convertible to the Dearborn location of Gateway. Long story short, they called me and said they couldn't get the car started. They ran it out of gas, and TORE UP THE REAR AXLE, that I HAD TO PAY TO GET FIXED (read the contract VERY CAREFULLY) to the tune of $1035! THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOUR VEHICLE, and my attorney told me I HAD NO RECOURSE WHATSOEVER. They screwed me on the final amount, padded the price to boost their take and F@CKED UP MY CAR with their car jockeys PULLING DONUTS IN THE PARKING LOT, so BEWARE, THEY WILL SCREW UP YOUR CAR, TOO, and YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT ALL. If you go with Gateway, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I wouldn't let these horses' asses sell a Radio Flyer wagon!!

Damaged car before trucking After I bought a car there, they damaged the car before pick up. After that, no answer from anyone. They didn't assume responsibility nor did they answer any emails or calls. Eventhough I wrote the general manager, the operations manager ... no answer. No after sales. Stay away from that company.

Car was misrepresented Car was misrepresented. Definitely buyer beware type of seller. Do your research. They won't necessarily flat out lie to you but they aren't going to offer any information that would keep you out of a bad purchase. They want to move cars and don't care if you're purchasing under false pretences. Doesn't mean all their cars are bad just that they are a little shady.
