GBAvoid like the plague! Total garbage customer service ordered 2 items which obviously were not in stock then they put the wrong postcode on one of the parcels which delayed it even more and took about 3 weeks before they even shipped the items! one of the parcels was so poorly packaged the item looked like it had been beaten with a baseball bat. could even get through to the customer service line the second parcel still hasn't turned up 6 weeks later!!

GBCj pony parts has gotten to be awful… Cj pony parts has gotten to be awful when it comes to custome service. I have read countless posts on Facebook saying to stay away from them and I ignored the advice. I too have now fallen victim to the backordered part routine. My large order was placed on hold over a cheap valance. Horrible customer service. If you do use them, place many small orders to avoid a backordered part from delaying your project.

GBAgainst warnings on several mustang… Against warnings on several mustang forums, I've used CJ Pony parts for the past few purchases. Everything has gone smoothly until a recent purchase. I purchased a ACP radiator that included the radiator, hoses and clamps for one price... A few minutes after I purchased they charged me again for the hose clamps even though they were part of the original package. I tried to contact support but they were rude and said they couldn't void the second charge. I won't be buying anything from them anymore. Better to stick to summit racing or NPD they have better customer service.

GBReturns are impossible. They have a great selection of parts, and it is easy to order. Hope you never have to return anything though. I’ve followed their cumbersome process and followed up with multiple emails with no RMA. It seems they make it hard do you dont return things. Go somewhere else.

ITbeware of scammers I asked for a return for 3 items, they sent the courier to collect the packages. They only refunded me for two orders, the third one they say didn't arrive. They asked me for the tracking which they obviously had since they collected the products. after a thousand emails I asked for the tracking but they never sent it to me. they no longer respond to emails. The worst service you can find, terrible customer service, they don't reread conversations. they are good at selling and scamming be careful
