Returns are impossible. They have a great selection of parts, and it is easy to order. Hope you never have to return anything though. I’ve followed their cumbersome process and followed up with multiple emails with no RMA. It seems they make it hard do you dont return things. Go somewhere else.

We have been dealing with CJ Pony for… We have been dealing with CJ Pony for about 4 months ..The staff has worked with us during our recent illness with COVID we have been down for 2 months and Rebecca Taylor has worked with us on returning parts and getting our refund back to us. Refusing the acknowledge a return My son ordered a radiator that fitment showed was a fit, turned out to not (even close) be a match. No problem, but CJPonyparts has gone all but radio silent on getting the return, obviously trying to run out the clock on the return. don't buy from them. They're not honest. Edit: they finally made good on the refund...still cost $80 to ship the part back, which they didn't cover... Original review still stands.

No Customer Service I've spent a lot of money with this company. Many of the purchases were just what I needed, however handful of purchases have resulted in inferior products and I've left appropriate reviews. Unfortunately they are never posted and emails and calls are not answered. Buyer beware. Your reviews may be censored.

beware of scammers I asked for a return for 3 items, they sent the courier to collect the packages. They only refunded me for two orders, the third one they say didn't arrive. They asked me for the tracking which they obviously had since they collected the products. after a thousand emails I asked for the tracking but they never sent it to me. they no longer respond to emails. The worst service you can find, terrible customer service, they don't reread conversations. they are good at selling and scamming be careful
