We have been dealing with CJ Pony for… We have been dealing with CJ Pony for about 4 months ..The staff has worked with us during our recent illness with COVID we have been down for 2 months and Rebecca Taylor has worked with us on returning parts and getting our refund back to us. Ordered parts from CJ Pony Ordered parts from CJ Pony, a brake booster to be specific. As opposed to it arriving assembled as shown on their website, it showed up in about a dozen pieces. No instructions to assemble it at all, zero. I contacted them and they said they are just a distributor and if the manufacturer doesn't include them then they can't help me due to liabilities. I had another $3K in my cart that I was going to order from them but no way in hell will I ever order from them again.

I ordered $1100.00 worth of parts I ordered $1100.00 worth of parts, consisting of 2 "kits" that were supposed to contain all necessary hardware. 3 boxes arrived, all badly damaged. 2 were broken open and only had 1 part each... the packaging was massively insufficient for the weight of the parts and both parts within were damaged. No "kits" all mounting parts missing. I contacted their "customer service"... no phone agents available. No "chat box" reps available. I'm reduced to sending emails to try to get satisfaction. This company is far more interested in marketing than in satisfying customers with legitimate problems... Never again.... never again

No Customer Service I've spent a lot of money with this company. Many of the purchases were just what I needed, however handful of purchases have resulted in inferior products and I've left appropriate reviews. Unfortunately they are never posted and emails and calls are not answered. Buyer beware. Your reviews may be censored.

Returns are impossible. They have a great selection of parts, and it is easy to order. Hope you never have to return anything though. I’ve followed their cumbersome process and followed up with multiple emails with no RMA. It seems they make it hard do you dont return things. Go somewhere else.
