Poor parts and worse service I ordered a set of replacement door locks for a fox body mustang from CJ Pony parts. The only good thing I can say is they arrived on time. They were advertised as direct fit replacements, they weren't. They also, don't work well and require a lot of wiggling just to get the key in. I contacted the company and received no response, even sent them a video of the issue, no response.

Amazing experience I’ve been purchasing parts from CJ Pony for the past 8 years and all for my Foxbody Stang, I live in London UK and always had my parts delivered on time and was never disappointed, at some point I ordered new BBK springs from them and they arrived to my door in 3 days was a bit surprised considering it had to go through customs but hey I can’t complain. Ordered parts from CJ Pony Ordered parts from CJ Pony, a brake booster to be specific. As opposed to it arriving assembled as shown on their website, it showed up in about a dozen pieces. No instructions to assemble it at all, zero. I contacted them and they said they are just a distributor and if the manufacturer doesn't include them then they can't help me due to liabilities. I had another $3K in my cart that I was going to order from them but no way in hell will I ever order from them again.

Against warnings on several mustang… Against warnings on several mustang forums, I've used CJ Pony parts for the past few purchases. Everything has gone smoothly until a recent purchase. I purchased a ACP radiator that included the radiator, hoses and clamps for one price... A few minutes after I purchased they charged me again for the hose clamps even though they were part of the original package. I tried to contact support but they were rude and said they couldn't void the second charge. I won't be buying anything from them anymore. Better to stick to summit racing or NPD they have better customer service.

Avoid like the plague! Total garbage customer service ordered 2 items which obviously were not in stock then they put the wrong postcode on one of the parcels which delayed it even more and took about 3 weeks before they even shipped the items! one of the parcels was so poorly packaged the item looked like it had been beaten with a baseball bat. could even get through to the customer service line the second parcel still hasn't turned up 6 weeks later!!
