GBPoor parts and worse service I ordered a set of replacement door locks for a fox body mustang from CJ Pony parts. The only good thing I can say is they arrived on time. They were advertised as direct fit replacements, they weren't. They also, don't work well and require a lot of wiggling just to get the key in. I contacted the company and received no response, even sent them a video of the issue, no response.

GBCj pony parts has gotten to be awful… Cj pony parts has gotten to be awful when it comes to custome service. I have read countless posts on Facebook saying to stay away from them and I ignored the advice. I too have now fallen victim to the backordered part routine. My large order was placed on hold over a cheap valance. Horrible customer service. If you do use them, place many small orders to avoid a backordered part from delaying your project.

GBPaid for 11 days ago paid shipping with… Paid for 11 days ago paid shipping with order 11 days later Nada. Run as fast as you can CJ Pony has some big issues in 2021 difference from previous orders. Customer service lack of response is a huge problem I suggest they learn from companies like Jegs and Speedway. I am filing a claim on my cc today.

GBReturns are impossible. They have a great selection of parts, and it is easy to order. Hope you never have to return anything though. I’ve followed their cumbersome process and followed up with multiple emails with no RMA. It seems they make it hard do you dont return things. Go somewhere else.

GBOn Trac doesn't deliver I like CJ's overall with a good parts selection and very supportive customer service but they went with some company called "On Trac" for delivery and they really stink. I ordered a part and it sat in their barn for six days before moving. CJ's and their customers were far better served by UPS, Fedex and USPS. I now get faster delivery elsewhere but would like to go back to CJ's.
