Customer service lack of response is a huge problem I suggest they learn from companies like Jegs and Speedway. I am filing a claim on my cc today.

Total garbage customer service ordered 2 items which obviously were not in stock then they put the wrong postcode on one of the parcels which delayed it even more and took about 3 weeks before they even shipped the items! one of the parcels was so poorly packaged the item looked like it had been beaten with a baseball bat. could even get through to the customer service line the second parcel still hasn't turned up 6 weeks later!!

Against warnings on several mustang… Against warnings on several mustang forums, I've used CJ Pony parts for the past few purchases. Everything has gone smoothly until a recent purchase. I purchased a ACP radiator that included the radiator, hoses and clamps for one price... A few minutes after I purchased they charged me again for the hose clamps even though they were part of the original package. I tried to contact support but they were rude and said they couldn't void the second charge. I won't be buying anything from them anymore. Better to stick to summit racing or NPD they have better customer service.

No Customer Service My husband ordered a stainless steel fuel sending unit with a retaining ring that was listed as American made by Scott Drake. The box arrived with a different stock number, no retaining ring and the part stamped Made in Taiwan. He sent an email and tried calling with no response. I emailed pictures of the box and wrong product and also tried calling. Neither of us has had a response. Worst customer service. Will not be using their company again. They cannot blame COVID for lack of responding. Emails can be addressed from working at home.

Many of the purchases were just what I needed, however handful of purchases have resulted in inferior products and I've left appropriate reviews. Unfortunately they are never posted and emails and calls are not answered. Buyer beware. Your reviews may be censored.
