Refusing the acknowledge a return My son ordered a radiator that fitment showed was a fit, turned out to not (even close) be a match. No problem, but CJPonyparts has gone all but radio silent on getting the return, obviously trying to run out the clock on the return. don't buy from them. They're not honest. Edit: they finally made good on the refund...still cost $80 to ship the part back, which they didn't cover... Original review still stands.

Fraudulent advertisers Fraudulent advertisers. They send you an item nothing like what's pictured and then do nothing to help. They lie about being able to return products. They won't even talk to you.

No Customer Service My husband ordered a stainless steel fuel sending unit with a retaining ring that was listed as American made by Scott Drake. The box arrived with a different stock number, no retaining ring and the part stamped Made in Taiwan. He sent an email and tried calling with no response. I emailed pictures of the box and wrong product and also tried calling. Neither of us has had a response. Worst customer service. Will not be using their company again. They cannot blame COVID for lack of responding. Emails can be addressed from working at home.

We have been dealing with CJ Pony for… We have been dealing with CJ Pony for about 4 months ..The staff has worked with us during our recent illness with COVID we have been down for 2 months and Rebecca Taylor has worked with us on returning parts and getting our refund back to us. Returns are impossible. They have a great selection of parts, and it is easy to order. Hope you never have to return anything though. I’ve followed their cumbersome process and followed up with multiple emails with no RMA. It seems they make it hard do you dont return things. Go somewhere else.
