Against warnings on several mustang… Against warnings on several mustang forums, I've used CJ Pony parts for the past few purchases. Everything has gone smoothly until a recent purchase. I purchased a ACP radiator that included the radiator, hoses and clamps for one price... A few minutes after I purchased they charged me again for the hose clamps even though they were part of the original package. I tried to contact support but they were rude and said they couldn't void the second charge. I won't be buying anything from them anymore. Better to stick to summit racing or NPD they have better customer service.

Refusing the acknowledge a return My son ordered a radiator that fitment showed was a fit, turned out to not (even close) be a match. No problem, but CJPonyparts has gone all but radio silent on getting the return, obviously trying to run out the clock on the return. don't buy from them. They're not honest. Edit: they finally made good on the refund...still cost $80 to ship the part back, which they didn't cover... Original review still stands.

We have been dealing with CJ Pony for… We have been dealing with CJ Pony for about 4 months ..The staff has worked with us during our recent illness with COVID we have been down for 2 months and Rebecca Taylor has worked with us on returning parts and getting our refund back to us. beware of scammers I asked for a return for 3 items, they sent the courier to collect the packages. They only refunded me for two orders, the third one they say didn't arrive. They asked me for the tracking which they obviously had since they collected the products. after a thousand emails I asked for the tracking but they never sent it to me. they no longer respond to emails. The worst service you can find, terrible customer service, they don't reread conversations. they are good at selling and scamming be careful

Amazing experience I’ve been purchasing parts from CJ Pony for the past 8 years and all for my Foxbody Stang, I live in London UK and always had my parts delivered on time and was never disappointed, at some point I ordered new BBK springs from them and they arrived to my door in 3 days was a bit surprised considering it had to go through customs but hey I can’t complain.
