GBOn Trac doesn't deliver I like CJ's overall with a good parts selection and very supportive customer service but they went with some company called "On Trac" for delivery and they really stink. I ordered a part and it sat in their barn for six days before moving. CJ's and their customers were far better served by UPS, Fedex and USPS. I now get faster delivery elsewhere but would like to go back to CJ's.

GBNo Customer Service I've spent a lot of money with this company. Many of the purchases were just what I needed, however handful of purchases have resulted in inferior products and I've left appropriate reviews. Unfortunately they are never posted and emails and calls are not answered. Buyer beware. Your reviews may be censored.

GBAmazing experience I’ve been purchasing parts from CJ Pony for the past 8 years and all for my Foxbody Stang, I live in London UK and always had my parts delivered on time and was never disappointed, at some point I ordered new BBK springs from them and they arrived to my door in 3 days was a bit surprised considering it had to go through customs but hey I can’t complain. Thank you CJ Pony Parts team

GBCj pony parts has gotten to be awful… Cj pony parts has gotten to be awful when it comes to custome service. I have read countless posts on Facebook saying to stay away from them and I ignored the advice. I too have now fallen victim to the backordered part routine. My large order was placed on hold over a cheap valance. Horrible customer service. If you do use them, place many small orders to avoid a backordered part from delaying your project.
