Against warnings on several mustang… Against warnings on several mustang forums, I've used CJ Pony parts for the past few purchases. Everything has gone smoothly until a recent purchase. I purchased a ACP radiator that included the radiator, hoses and clamps for one price... A few minutes after I purchased they charged me again for the hose clamps even though they were part of the original package. I tried to contact support but they were rude and said they couldn't void the second charge. I won't be buying anything from them anymore. Better to stick to summit racing or NPD they have better customer service.

Avoid like the plague! Total garbage customer service ordered 2 items which obviously were not in stock then they put the wrong postcode on one of the parcels which delayed it even more and took about 3 weeks before they even shipped the items! one of the parcels was so poorly packaged the item looked like it had been beaten with a baseball bat. could even get through to the customer service line the second parcel still hasn't turned up 6 weeks later!!

We have been dealing with CJ Pony for… We have been dealing with CJ Pony for about 4 months ..The staff has worked with us during our recent illness with COVID we have been down for 2 months and Rebecca Taylor has worked with us on returning parts and getting our refund back to us. Can not thank her enough for her hard work on this and keeping in touch with us when we where not able to keep up Thanks so much for your help Roger Taylor

Multiple problems with CJPONY This is not my first problem with CJPONY. I ordered a console addition for a 65 mustang with a factory metal console. I was sent the wrong part. I notified the company to which they expected me to ship this back to Nevada (although shipped from PA) which costs half as much as the part. I received multiple vague and circuitous emails which failed to contain any resolution information. This is my last purchase with this company. The prices may seem better on the surface but in the end it is more costly.

Why even advertise parts on the website if they are on back order with no available ETA?? Last week CJ Pony demanded full payment (partial payment was made according to the amount that reflects when a part becomes available) for an order where all items were on back order, with a threat to cancel the order if not paid. Paid for the order only have it cancelled anyway because the back order parts have no available ETA. THE WORST communication system to ever exist. If Sierra Madre sold Mustang & Chevy parts I would buy from them in a heartbeat. For a lack of better words, CJ Pony Parts SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
