GBWe have been dealing with CJ Pony for… We have been dealing with CJ Pony for about 4 months ..The staff has worked with us during our recent illness with COVID we have been down for 2 months and Rebecca Taylor has worked with us on returning parts and getting our refund back to us. GBNo Customer Service My husband ordered a stainless steel fuel sending unit with a retaining ring that was listed as American made by Scott Drake. The box arrived with a different stock number, no retaining ring and the part stamped Made in Taiwan. He sent an email and tried calling with no response. I emailed pictures of the box and wrong product and also tried calling. Neither of us has had a response. Worst customer service. Will not be using their company again. They cannot blame COVID for lack of responding. Emails can be addressed from working at home.

ITbeware of scammers I asked for a return for 3 items, they sent the courier to collect the packages. They only refunded me for two orders, the third one they say didn't arrive. They asked me for the tracking which they obviously had since they collected the products. after a thousand emails I asked for the tracking but they never sent it to me. they no longer respond to emails. The worst service you can find, terrible customer service, they don't reread conversations. they are good at selling and scamming be careful

GBOn Trac doesn't deliver I like CJ's overall with a good parts selection and very supportive customer service but they went with some company called "On Trac" for delivery and they really stink. I ordered a part and it sat in their barn for six days before moving. CJ's and their customers were far better served by UPS, Fedex and USPS. I now get faster delivery elsewhere but would like to go back to CJ's.
