Poor parts and worse service I ordered a set of replacement door locks for a fox body mustang from CJ Pony parts. The only good thing I can say is they arrived on time. They were advertised as direct fit replacements, they weren't. They also, don't work well and require a lot of wiggling just to get the key in. I contacted the company and received no response, even sent them a video of the issue, no response.

We have been dealing with CJ Pony for… We have been dealing with CJ Pony for about 4 months ..The staff has worked with us during our recent illness with COVID we have been down for 2 months and Rebecca Taylor has worked with us on returning parts and getting our refund back to us. Can not thank her enough for her hard work on this and keeping in touch with us when we where not able to keep up Thanks so much for your help Roger Taylor

No Customer Service My husband ordered a stainless steel fuel sending unit with a retaining ring that was listed as American made by Scott Drake. The box arrived with a different stock number, no retaining ring and the part stamped Made in Taiwan. He sent an email and tried calling with no response. I emailed pictures of the box and wrong product and also tried calling. Neither of us has had a response. Worst customer service. Will not be using their company again. They cannot blame COVID for lack of responding. Emails can be addressed from working at home.

Amazing experience I’ve been purchasing parts from CJ Pony for the past 8 years and all for my Foxbody Stang, I live in London UK and always had my parts delivered on time and was never disappointed, at some point I ordered new BBK springs from them and they arrived to my door in 3 days was a bit surprised considering it had to go through customs but hey I can’t complain. Against warnings on several mustang… Against warnings on several mustang forums, I've used CJ Pony parts for the past few purchases. Everything has gone smoothly until a recent purchase. I purchased a ACP radiator that included the radiator, hoses and clamps for one price... A few minutes after I purchased they charged me again for the hose clamps even though they were part of the original package. I tried to contact support but they were rude and said they couldn't void the second charge. I won't be buying anything from them anymore. Better to stick to summit racing or NPD they have better customer service.
