GBAmazing experience I’ve been purchasing parts from CJ Pony for the past 8 years and all for my Foxbody Stang, I live in London UK and always had my parts delivered on time and was never disappointed, at some point I ordered new BBK springs from them and they arrived to my door in 3 days was a bit surprised considering it had to go through customs but hey I can’t complain. GBMultiple problems with CJPONY This is not my first problem with CJPONY. I ordered a console addition for a 65 mustang with a factory metal console. I was sent the wrong part. I notified the company to which they expected me to ship this back to Nevada (although shipped from PA) which costs half as much as the part. I received multiple vague and circuitous emails which failed to contain any resolution information. This is my last purchase with this company. The prices may seem better on the surface but in the end it is more costly.

GBI ordered $1100.00 worth of parts I ordered $1100.00 worth of parts, consisting of 2 "kits" that were supposed to contain all necessary hardware. 3 boxes arrived, all badly damaged. 2 were broken open and only had 1 part each... the packaging was massively insufficient for the weight of the parts and both parts within were damaged. No "kits" all mounting parts missing. I contacted their "customer service"... no phone agents available. No "chat box" reps available. I'm reduced to sending emails to try to get satisfaction. This company is far more interested in marketing than in satisfying customers with legitimate problems... Never again.... never again

ITbeware of scammers I asked for a return for 3 items, they sent the courier to collect the packages. They only refunded me for two orders, the third one they say didn't arrive. They asked me for the tracking which they obviously had since they collected the products. after a thousand emails I asked for the tracking but they never sent it to me. they no longer respond to emails. The worst service you can find, terrible customer service, they don't reread conversations. they are good at selling and scamming be careful
