Avoid like the plague! Total garbage customer service ordered 2 items which obviously were not in stock then they put the wrong postcode on one of the parcels which delayed it even more and took about 3 weeks before they even shipped the items! one of the parcels was so poorly packaged the item looked like it had been beaten with a baseball bat. could even get through to the customer service line the second parcel still hasn't turned up 6 weeks later!!

Multiple problems with CJPONY This is not my first problem with CJPONY. I ordered a console addition for a 65 mustang with a factory metal console. I was sent the wrong part. I notified the company to which they expected me to ship this back to Nevada (although shipped from PA) which costs half as much as the part. I received multiple vague and circuitous emails which failed to contain any resolution information. This is my last purchase with this company. The prices may seem better on the surface but in the end it is more costly.

No Customer Service My husband ordered a stainless steel fuel sending unit with a retaining ring that was listed as American made by Scott Drake. The box arrived with a different stock number, no retaining ring and the part stamped Made in Taiwan. He sent an email and tried calling with no response. I emailed pictures of the box and wrong product and also tried calling. Neither of us has had a response. Worst customer service. Will not be using their company again. They cannot blame COVID for lack of responding. Emails can be addressed from working at home.

Poor parts and worse service I ordered a set of replacement door locks for a fox body mustang from CJ Pony parts. The only good thing I can say is they arrived on time. They were advertised as direct fit replacements, they weren't. They also, don't work well and require a lot of wiggling just to get the key in. I contacted the company and received no response, even sent them a video of the issue, no response.

Refusing the acknowledge a return My son ordered a radiator that fitment showed was a fit, turned out to not (even close) be a match. No problem, but CJPonyparts has gone all but radio silent on getting the return, obviously trying to run out the clock on the return. don't buy from them. They're not honest. Edit: they finally made good on the refund...still cost $80 to ship the part back, which they didn't cover... Original review still stands.
