GBI ordered a driveshaft on 3/20/24 I ordered a driveshaft on 3/20/24. The wrong part was sent. Have been trying for over 2 weeks to get the issue resolved. Got 1 response from customer service on 4/1/24 to send pictures. Sent several emails since then and not even the respect of a response as of today 4/12/24. Have a $700 unusable part. Guess for them $700 is not a big deal when they make hundreds of thousands, but for me it is a hell of an expenditure. The customer service from this place is terrible. I have lost all patience with this matter. Having to borrow a car to get to work because my car is out of service with a failed factory driveshaft. Once this is resolved I will not do business with them anymore. Should have listened to the reviews. Lesson learned.

GBFraudulent advertisers Fraudulent advertisers. They send you an item nothing like what's pictured and then do nothing to help. They lie about being able to return products. They won't even talk to you.

GBOrdered parts from CJ Pony Ordered parts from CJ Pony, a brake booster to be specific. As opposed to it arriving assembled as shown on their website, it showed up in about a dozen pieces. No instructions to assemble it at all, zero. I contacted them and they said they are just a distributor and if the manufacturer doesn't include them then they can't help me due to liabilities. I had another $3K in my cart that I was going to order from them but no way in hell will I ever order from them again.

GBOn Trac doesn't deliver I like CJ's overall with a good parts selection and very supportive customer service but they went with some company called "On Trac" for delivery and they really stink. I ordered a part and it sat in their barn for six days before moving. CJ's and their customers were far better served by UPS, Fedex and USPS. I now get faster delivery elsewhere but would like to go back to CJ's.

GBRefusing the acknowledge a return My son ordered a radiator that fitment showed was a fit, turned out to not (even close) be a match. No problem, but CJPonyparts has gone all but radio silent on getting the return, obviously trying to run out the clock on the return. don't buy from them. They're not honest. Edit: they finally made good on the refund...still cost $80 to ship the part back, which they didn't cover... Original review still stands.
