GBQuck to charge your account, slow to get you your parts They were quick to charge my account but cannot provide me at least a tracking number even after one week. They are still using the COVID excuse ("Thank you for your patience with delays in order processing and shipping as our business adapts to changes resulting from COVID-19."). Cancellation of the order is also an unpleasant experience. They want to do it via chat unit the chat which, every time I log in has the message "Sorry we are offline. Message us."

AEOrder #1620568 Order #1620568 wish I can give zero stars, wish I read reviews before I place my order. no replies to calls, no replies to email. all im getting is auto generated email that my order is in progress. since 25 April same exact email, 4-6 days never ends. Beware of dealing with this company. There is no customer service this company is not able to be reached. If you call their customer service line you get a recording saying that the customer service is shut down. There are Lots of legitimate companies selling auto parts. Do not buy from these unscrupulous operators, i already claimed my fund through paypal.

GBWhat happened to Tasca Ford What happened to Tasca Ford? These people used to be on their game. I've been ordering from them for thirty years. But no more. The last several orders I placed took months to receive, although they were labeled as "in stock". I suppose they advertise the full Ford catalogue then try to get the part if you order it. You never hear from them and have to guess when and if your order will arrive. For those of us who depend on servicing fleets and repairing vehicles for others, this just doesn't work. Nor does collecting dollars from customers and then trying to find parts to deliver. Bye, bye Tasca. There are thousands of other sources out there who appreciate our business.

GBI placed an order with tasca auto parts… I placed an order with tasca auto parts for a part that was hard to find and the price seemed too good to be true.. after some initial communication and a whole lot of worrying by me they sent the proper part within a reasonable time frame and the price was less than half of other dealers.. It sounds like some people had negative reviews but mine is definitely a positive one!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

GBThis place is a joke From the time I placed my order until I received it was 2 weeks. In today's world, that is unacceptable. That's just the beginning. I unwrap everything, it appears to be ok and I throw out all the packaging. I go to install it to find out they sent me duplicates of one part and none of another. Now they won't take the duplicate back and send me the right part because I don't have the packaging. They screwed up, not me. Now I'm screwed because I assumed they were competent and got my order right. This place is a joke. Stay away.
