GBQuck to charge your account, slow to get you your parts They were quick to charge my account but cannot provide me at least a tracking number even after one week. They are still using the COVID excuse ("Thank you for your patience with delays in order processing and shipping as our business adapts to changes resulting from COVID-19."). Cancellation of the order is also an unpleasant experience. They want to do it via chat unit the chat which, every time I log in has the message "Sorry we are offline. Message us."

GBNo customerService Be where of dealing with this company. They offered free shipping get charged $15 on check out. When I sold this charge I canceled my order. Yet they still put the credit card through. There is no customer service this company is not able to be reached. If you call their customer service line you get a recording saying that the customer service is shut down. There areLots of legitimate companies selling auto parts. Do not buy from these unscrupulous operators

GBConned AGAIN!! Well I read the reviews but I needed the parts so went ahead and ordered them anyway even though shipping was $587 on $380 worth of parts! When you place your order it asks for a postcode to quote on shipping but then after i ordered and paid I received an email a few days later stating shipping would ne and extra $487 on top of what I had already paid so j cancelled the order and got a refund but between fees, exchange rates and whatever else they can get away with, it still ended up costing me £24 for a couple of weeks being messed about and still no parts! How can you quote and get paid only to then change your mind and inflate shipping costs?? It would have ended up costing me over $1000 + import tax for $378 worth of parts! That's over $1400 for a pair of arch liners that cost $150 each lol.

GBWhat happened to Tasca Ford What happened to Tasca Ford? These people used to be on their game. I've been ordering from them for thirty years. But no more. The last several orders I placed took months to receive, although they were labeled as "in stock". I suppose they advertise the full Ford catalogue then try to get the part if you order it. You never hear from them and have to guess when and if your order will arrive. For those of us who depend on servicing fleets and repairing vehicles for others, this just doesn't work. Nor does collecting dollars from customers and then trying to find parts to deliver. Bye, bye Tasca. There are thousands of other sources out there who appreciate our business.

GBCompany has went to pot since I last used them Placed a order for a water pump, thermostat and necessary gaskets for my F250 with 6.2L gasser on September 25th. After a 2 week delay as they rounded up the parts. They shipped it USPS for $21+ and got lost(priority mail that took 7 days). For that money it should of went UPS or FedEx ground. Water pump AL3Z-8501-D arrived damaged(impeller bent on shaft). Tried calling but got message they don't take live phone calls and to use their email. So after emailing the company and no response after 3 business days. Called and filed dispute with Discover Credit. Buyer beware. Order number 1674044.
