I've been bamboozled Was over-charged for a bolt which was listed as "Package of 3", but was only one bolt. Then due to SUPER-SLOW shipping i was forced to complete my repair with parts sourced locally. Now I'm trying to return the parts and they; have no phone number, don't return emails, and don't respond to their CS comment page. To make it worse, the page you need to go through to get an "RMA#" number to return your parts, is constantly "in error" and won't load (50+ attempts).

Conned AGAIN!! Well I read the reviews but I needed the parts so went ahead and ordered them anyway even though shipping was $587 on $380 worth of parts! When you place your order it asks for a postcode to quote on shipping but then after i ordered and paid I received an email a few days later stating shipping would ne and extra $487 on top of what I had already paid so j cancelled the order and got a refund but between fees, exchange rates and whatever else they can get away with, it still ended up costing me £24 for a couple of weeks being messed about and still no parts! How can you quote and get paid only to then change your mind and inflate shipping costs?? It would have ended up costing me over $1000 + import tax for $378 worth of parts! That's over $1400 for a pair of arch liners that cost $150 each lol.

I placed an order with tasca auto parts… I placed an order with tasca auto parts for a part that was hard to find and the price seemed too good to be true.. after some initial communication and a whole lot of worrying by me they sent the proper part within a reasonable time frame and the price was less than half of other dealers.. It sounds like some people had negative reviews but mine is definitely a positive one!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quck to charge your account, slow to get you your parts They were quick to charge my account but cannot provide me at least a tracking number even after one week. They are still using the COVID excuse ("Thank you for your patience with delays in order processing and shipping as our business adapts to changes resulting from COVID-19."). Cancellation of the order is also an unpleasant experience. They want to do it via chat unit the chat which, every time I log in has the message "Sorry we are offline. Message us."

What happened to Tasca Ford What happened to Tasca Ford? These people used to be on their game. I've been ordering from them for thirty years. But no more. The last several orders I placed took months to receive, although they were labeled as "in stock". I suppose they advertise the full Ford catalogue then try to get the part if you order it. You never hear from them and have to guess when and if your order will arrive. For those of us who depend on servicing fleets and repairing vehicles for others, this just doesn't work. Nor does collecting dollars from customers and then trying to find parts to deliver. Bye, bye Tasca. There are thousands of other sources out there who appreciate our business.
