GBWhat happened to Tasca Ford What happened to Tasca Ford? These people used to be on their game. I've been ordering from them for thirty years. But no more. The last several orders I placed took months to receive, although they were labeled as "in stock". I suppose they advertise the full Ford catalogue then try to get the part if you order it. You never hear from them and have to guess when and if your order will arrive. For those of us who depend on servicing fleets and repairing vehicles for others, this just doesn't work. Nor does collecting dollars from customers and then trying to find parts to deliver. Bye, bye Tasca. There are thousands of other sources out there who appreciate our business.

GBFANTASTIC JOB! This is a follow up review. My Lincoln Nautilus had a leak. The water was coming in and filling up my spare tire well. I brought it to two other dealerships and they couldn’t find the leak. I brought it to Tasca in Cranston and was met by Eric Defalco he was very understanding and comfortable to talk to. In my first review I explained how it was a joy deal with with Eric. With this follow up review I want to say this past week 3/4/24-3/9/24 we had close to 3”-5” of rain and I have not one drop of water in my SUV. I tip my hat to all the technicians who worked on my SUV not only no water but the inside of my SUV is DRY no moisture or musty smell. They didn’t just fix the leak they dried out all the insulation too. I thank you for an outstanding job!

GBConned AGAIN!! Well I read the reviews but I needed the parts so went ahead and ordered them anyway even though shipping was $587 on $380 worth of parts! When you place your order it asks for a postcode to quote on shipping but then after i ordered and paid I received an email a few days later stating shipping would ne and extra $487 on top of what I had already paid so j cancelled the order and got a refund but between fees, exchange rates and whatever else they can get away with, it still ended up costing me £24 for a couple of weeks being messed about and still no parts! How can you quote and get paid only to then change your mind and inflate shipping costs?? It would have ended up costing me over $1000 + import tax for $378 worth of parts! That's over $1400 for a pair of arch liners that cost $150 each lol.

GBTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It was my fault for ordering the wrong part. Any decent company will refund, as long as returns are in accordance with policies. MINE WAS. Since sending back the part (per TASCA instructions) via FEDEX... NO RESPONSE, and NO REFUND! Their Live Chat doesn’t respond. Their Email doesn’t respond. No Phone, or Customer Service Rep to speak to. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

GBSuper slow delivery Super slow delivery, poor communication. I placed the order 10 days ago, all parts listed as in stock, Told today via online chat, no phone number listed, told to wait 3-5 days for delivery. This will be the only order I place with them. Also their reviews on the site must be bogus, there is no way to make a new review there.
