First 2 orders of small items went… First 2 orders of small items went fine. The latest order was bigger and they responded well to ensure the parts were compatible, they then delivered 1 of wrong parts. I've not been able to get a response since and I'm having to get my credit card provider to reverse the transaction. EDIT: Tascaparts asked for details after seeing my review, never heard back. Credit card company refunded me the money, Lesson Learnt.

This place is a joke From the time I placed my order until I received it was 2 weeks. In today's world, that is unacceptable. That's just the beginning. I unwrap everything, it appears to be ok and I throw out all the packaging. I go to install it to find out they sent me duplicates of one part and none of another. Now they won't take the duplicate back and send me the right part because I don't have the packaging. They screwed up, not me. Now I'm screwed because I assumed they were competent and got my order right. This place is a joke. Stay away.

Ridiculous shipping charges that they said would be adjusted Shopped online for a part that only Tasca had in stock. Other sites charged about $50 (based on size and weight of the shipment) for the parts, while Tasca was at $197. "Chatted" online with them numerous times and every time I was assured they'd fix their mistake (their database had incorrect size info for the part)... In the end, they never made that change so the shipping charge stayed ridiculously high. I ended up not buying the part at all and found a different solution. Wasted a LOT of time with these clowns and will not check with them again in the future for other parts as this is not the first time I've run in to this with them. It is (was) the last time, though.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It was my fault for ordering the wrong part. Any decent company will refund, as long as returns are in accordance with policies. MINE WAS. Since sending back the part (per TASCA instructions) via FEDEX... NO RESPONSE, and NO REFUND! Their Live Chat doesn’t respond. Their Email doesn’t respond. No Phone, or Customer Service Rep to speak to. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Conned AGAIN!! Well I read the reviews but I needed the parts so went ahead and ordered them anyway even though shipping was $587 on $380 worth of parts! When you place your order it asks for a postcode to quote on shipping but then after i ordered and paid I received an email a few days later stating shipping would ne and extra $487 on top of what I had already paid so j cancelled the order and got a refund but between fees, exchange rates and whatever else they can get away with, it still ended up costing me £24 for a couple of weeks being messed about and still no parts! How can you quote and get paid only to then change your mind and inflate shipping costs?? It would have ended up costing me over $1000 + import tax for $378 worth of parts! That's over $1400 for a pair of arch liners that cost $150 each lol.
