GBScam company Expect most of your order to be out of stock or "require a special order," then you will get radio silence for weeks since they have no customer service at all. Finally, when you attempt to cancel, they will not respond and still ship you something weeks late so they can deny a credit card dispute. Total scam.

GBTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It was my fault for ordering the wrong part. Any decent company will refund, as long as returns are in accordance with policies. MINE WAS. Since sending back the part (per TASCA instructions) via FEDEX... NO RESPONSE, and NO REFUND! Their Live Chat doesn’t respond. Their Email doesn’t respond. No Phone, or Customer Service Rep to speak to. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

GBFRAUDULENT WITH NO END IN SIGHT This company fails to respond to emails, chat, phone, etc. I've tried to cancel my order numerous times, to no avail. It's amazing how Paypal is complicit too. I've tried to escalate to Paypal, to no avail. No product and money lost, but i'm not going to allow this company to continue this behavior and take money from others. ATTN: Tasca Parts: I will seek relief, as I am legally entitled to do.

GBFirst 2 orders of small items went… First 2 orders of small items went fine. The latest order was bigger and they responded well to ensure the parts were compatible, they then delivered 1 of wrong parts. I've not been able to get a response since and I'm having to get my credit card provider to reverse the transaction. EDIT: Tascaparts asked for details after seeing my review, never heard back. Credit card company refunded me the money, Lesson Learnt.

GBI've been bamboozled Was over-charged for a bolt which was listed as "Package of 3", but was only one bolt. Then due to SUPER-SLOW shipping i was forced to complete my repair with parts sourced locally. Now I'm trying to return the parts and they; have no phone number, don't return emails, and don't respond to their CS comment page. To make it worse, the page you need to go through to get an "RMA#" number to return your parts, is constantly "in error" and won't load (50+ attempts).
