THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Purchased an amazing symphony kitchen which arrived on time... with NO worktops. We were on a tight timescale with the fitter. The worktops were going to be delivered the day after our fitter was leaving!! Unmeaningful apology received and with a shrug of the shoulders we were told that it wasnt their problem! When i asked what we were supposed to do he just shrugged his shoulders again... really helpful !!! A refund for the original costs was given to us but no offer of help with the more expensive worktops we had to purchase the morning the fitter arrived. It was not acceptable service and appalling attitude ... DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great place to buy diesel parts for your truck! Sinister MKM makes and sells high quality parts for diesel trucks. I've spent thousands of dollars with them and will continue to do so when needed. Shipping is kinda slow (and not cheap), but website is easy to use, and staff is fast and friendly! In my opinion, Sinister MKM should be every diesel truck owner's first place to shop for performance upgrades! I love these guys!!

WASHING POTS IN OUR NEW BATHROOMIS NOT WHAT WE WAS EXPECTING WHEN WE ORDERED OUR KITCHEN FROM MKM:Having ordered our kitchen from here we … Having ordered our kitchen from here we were very excited when it arrived but unfortunatly thats when the problems started our fitter was all ready to go but was held up because the wrong sink was sent we ended up with no sink and no washing machine for two weeks our designer never took into consideration where the stop tap is situated therfore we had to get a plumber in to rework all the pipework as the washer had to be moved from the original design due to the afore mentioned.The fixtures and fittings for the sink were also wrong and had to be sent back delaying us even further what should have been a simple and straight forward job has turned into a nightmare causing us a great deal of upset and distress.Having said that the quality of the kitchen units are superb although one of the work services came damaged and we were missing a end board.And the underlights are missing .

I applied for a credit trade account… I applied for a credit trade account but then decided not to go ahead after finding out the director of the Whitehills store in Blackpool Darren Whiteside is a hardened fraudster and yet he is a director of that branch dealing with customers confidential details stay away!! And apparently business are closing accounts like flies so stay away or your business is at risk of fraud.
