Fake New Balance The sneakers I ordered are not authentic New Balance sneakers. There is no phone number or return information to return the sneakers. Worst customer service ever.

Long wait Waited more than a month and a week for my order. Never received any notice that it would take so long. When I called they had no idea. And said they would call me back in which they did actually and said a couple more weeks. After they already had my money from day one. It doesn't seem right to me to take the most the without fulling the order first.

And apparently business are closing accounts like flies so stay away or your business is at risk of fraud.
