GBLong wait Waited more than a month and a week for my order. Never received any notice that it would take so long. When I called they had no idea. And said they would call me back in which they did actually and said a couple more weeks. After they already had my money from day one. It doesn't seem right to me to take the most the without fulling the order first.

GBI applied for a credit trade account… I applied for a credit trade account but then decided not to go ahead after finding out the director of the Whitehills store in Blackpool Darren Whiteside is a hardened fraudster and yet he is a director of that branch dealing with customers confidential details stay away!! And apparently business are closing accounts like flies so stay away or your business is at risk of fraud.

GBGood parts but poor service 3 weeks later and I still have not received my order have called twice and same old run around everytime I don't think I'll be buying anymore stuff from them

GBTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Purchased an amazing symphony kitchen which arrived on time... with NO worktops. We were on a tight timescale with the fitter. The worktops were going to be delivered the day after our fitter was leaving!! Unmeaningful apology received and with a shrug of the shoulders we were told that it wasnt their problem! When i asked what we were supposed to do he just shrugged his shoulders again... really helpful !!! A refund for the original costs was given to us but no offer of help with the more expensive worktops we had to purchase the morning the fitter arrived. It was not acceptable service and appalling attitude ... DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
