GBTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Purchased an amazing symphony kitchen which arrived on time... with NO worktops. We were on a tight timescale with the fitter. The worktops were going to be delivered the day after our fitter was leaving!! Unmeaningful apology received and with a shrug of the shoulders we were told that it wasnt their problem! When i asked what we were supposed to do he just shrugged his shoulders again... really helpful !!! A refund for the original costs was given to us but no offer of help with the more expensive worktops we had to purchase the morning the fitter arrived. It was not acceptable service and appalling attitude ... DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It really gets on my nerves when you call a company explain what you want and they say ‘ I’ll call you back ‘ you just know they won’t . Took my 3k to Travis Perkins. Oh forgot to say having seeked permission to walk around the yard under covid rules an ignorant bloke starts yelling at me ‘ you can just walk in here mate ‘ I have an account with these jokers but they don’t really care that much
