USHorid! I am a business owner that specializes in building Cummins Diesels. Two of my trucks were down due to both transmissions going out on me. I ordered two Firepunk Tow Master Transmissions for a total of $8,000. My order was placed on the 7th January of 2014. The issues began when the leadtime was communicated to be two to three weeks which was acceptable. I took both of my trucks to a friends place of business to store temporarily until the transmissions were ready and delivered. There were no updates or communication on my $8,000 order until I called Sinister. When I called it was communicated that the transmissions will be ready the next week (WEEK 4). Week 4 arrives, no communication on my transmissions. I called Sinister again and I did not get any response to WHY my transmissions were ready. So I called Firepunk directly. Firepunk gave me all the information I needed which was very bad news. Sinister did not pay them (After Four Weeks) for my orders and would not start the build until paid. I then called Sinister and asked for one of the owners of the company, I needed to wait for a call back. No Call Back. So I called again and I was transferred to one of the managers. At this point I was quite PISSED because I just spent $8000 with a company that does not have any customer service. The manager stated that we are working on the payment issue. Bottomline the DAY of my complaint Firepunk was payed. Once payed Sinister did not give me information whats so over on ETA on my builds. After many tries I gave up on Sinister and just worked with Firepunk on the ETA's etc. Once the builds were complete on my trannies Sinister did not call me to schedule the loads. Instead I coordinated with Firepunk. Once the Trannies arrived I coordinated with Firepunk to return my cores to get my $2,000 back. Still no communication from Firepunk. When the cores arrived to Firepunk and credit was issued I called Sinister to initiate my $2000 back. So in summary: Sinister FAILED in every aspect on a $8000 order and the personal at Sinister did not care whats so ever of the issues. After EIGHT weeks and after a loss of business I finally had my trucks up and running. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business. Customer Service 101 - Just remember when a customer is happy they will tell a few people of their satisfaction, but when they had a horrible experience they will tell everyone they can about it. USDamaged part was delivered to me. I ordered a front grille assembly for my Ford Superduty. Initially, the part was delivered damaged. The price of this item was around $300.00 delivered. The part took about a week to arrive at my residence, which is what I expected. Attempting to return the damaged part back to MKM was a nightmare, because UPS tried to charge me over $80.00 to ship the part back to the facility. Luckily, MKM Customs was able to prepay the shipping. However, this seemed to take a while, as this is the method that should have been chosen anyways. I was also unhappy with the way I was treated on the phone when the receptionist attempted to blame me for the existing damage on the grill. Although I am sure that many others have success with this company, this is one instance that may have slipped through the cracks. Some additional care with packaging, along with an improvement in handling customer complaints are sure to improve the overall quality of the customer's experience in the future. In the end, MKM did the right thing and sent me a nice, undamaged grill. However, it seemed like a big hassle and a lot of money for a shiny piece of plastic made in Taiwan.

USGreat place to buy diesel parts for your truck! Sinister MKM makes and sells high quality parts for diesel trucks. I've spent thousands of dollars with them and will continue to do so when needed. Shipping is kinda slow (and not cheap), but website is easy to use, and staff is fast and friendly! In my opinion, Sinister MKM should be every diesel truck owner's first place to shop for performance upgrades! I love these guys!!

USGood parts but poor service 3 weeks later and I still have not received my order have called twice and same old run around everytime I don't think I'll be buying anymore stuff from them
