Needs better costumer service won't respond to emails when asking for questions about a product

I applied for a credit trade account… I applied for a credit trade account but then decided not to go ahead after finding out the director of the Whitehills store in Blackpool Darren Whiteside is a hardened fraudster and yet he is a director of that branch dealing with customers confidential details stay away!! And apparently business are closing accounts like flies so stay away or your business is at risk of fraud.

Almost a 5 Star Experience My first purchase was fantastic with very fast delivery not to mention delivery was free. Prices were very good. Unfortunately, on my followup order, the shipping charge was too high so I had to switch to another vendor who shipped for free. I would do business with MKM Customs again depending on the item.

Good parts but poor service 3 weeks later and I still have not received my order have called twice and same old run around everytime I don't think I'll be buying anymore stuff from them

the pipe was a poor "fit" All motors cant be expected to be identical but the y pipe from sinister I received was way off and very poor fitting. I ended up using prybars and a ratchet strap to get the last flange bolted. I'm pretty sure it broke all ready with all the exhaust I'm getting in the cab and the six lbs boost I'm loosing cant wait to re do that crappy job again!
