GBPay attention to your contract Wow make sure you look at you contract before you sign .. bought a Suzuki Strom 800 sticker price on bike $9300 . Was charged 11477.63 on contract . Plus was out of state and still charged sales tax . Ripped me off about 2500 dollars total.. just look at all the reviews . They will take what they can .

GBThey took 10 days to deliver my bike… They took 10 days to deliver my bike and after that, they promised to do my first payment for the inconvenience, and they never did, I got an overcharge for the battery warranty that I didn’t want worst customer service I will never buy another bike from this dealer. They don’t even deserve a one star.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! This is my first NEGATIVE review ever, but this was the most frustrating purchase experience. Ryan the manager at Hurst, Tx negotiated a deal with me and took my money then did not comply with any of the terms. He is super cocky and never followed-up with me once until I demanded a refund. Alex the Sales Manager is incompetent, aversive, and does not understand basic business. MaKayla is a "nice" salesperson, but she has no idea what she is doing. Terrible communication and minimal follow-up. Zero integrity. They couldn't get the paperwork out or ship the bike as discussed. I had to chase them around for two weeks to get any information at all. Every day they gave me a different excuse. When I demanded a REFUND, they kept giving me the run around and delaying. I never received the bike. So, I am reporting them across the board and happy to let my lawyer take it from here. Not sure what they were like in the past, but you are taking your chances if you do business with them these days. Make sure that you read ALL the reviews, including the negative once. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't give them your money unless you can leave with the documents and the bike.

GBWaste of time I normally don’t leave reviews because everybody has an off day, but this was more than that. I made an appointment one week in advance to purchase a watercraft that was listed on the website. I work construction and we work on Saturdays; I scheduled the day off of work. The unit was a brand new unit that was a leftover from the previous model year, so I was willing to drive 50 miles each way to pick it up. I confirmed the unit was available by sending a link to the website advertisement and they confirmed. I received a text the evening prior to my 9:15 am appointment asking me to confirm that I would be there, and I responded to it. I loaded my trade into my truck in the morning, and I began driving to the store across town. 40 minutes later and a few miles from the dealership, I received a call letting me know that they couldn’t sell me the unit because it was missing parts, but they could show me other units. I turned around and went home.
