Ryan the manager at Hurst, Tx negotiated a deal with me and took my money then did not comply with any of the terms. He is super cocky and never followed-up with me once until I demanded a refund. Alex the Sales Manager is incompetent, aversive, and does not understand basic business. MaKayla is a "nice" salesperson, but she has no idea what she is doing. Terrible communication and minimal follow-up. Zero integrity. They couldn't get the paperwork out or ship the bike as discussed. I had to chase them around for two weeks to get any information at all. Every day they gave me a different excuse. When I demanded a REFUND, they kept giving me the run around and delaying. I never received the bike. So, I am reporting them across the board and happy to let my lawyer take it from here. Not sure what they were like in the past, but you are taking your chances if you do business with them these days. Make sure that you read ALL the reviews, including the negative once. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't give them your money unless you can leave with the documents and the bike.

Have bought bikes from Honda dealerships in 4 states & have never seen ridiculous markups like this dealership charges. Will NEVER use this place for anything on my existing Honda.....

Elliot Winter is an employee at this "company" he is shady business wise and I think he is pocketing cash difference while offering "Deals" If you google him you'll find out the garbage they employ! Bought 2023 Kawasaki Mule SX from… Bought 2023 Kawasaki Mule SX from Concord,NC facility in April. To date unit has been in shop for 2 months. One bright spot has been Dennis the service manager. He has tried his best to work with the manufacturer to get warranty issues fixed. The other management however a different story. No communication at all. Not one I’m sorry for your trouble. My husband and I saw a XR650 Honda for… My husband and I saw a XR650 Honda for $6399 at Ride Now in Chandler, AZ, on Craigslist. We were paying by Credit Card. They added $800 for a condition/set up fee and other charges. Total $8300 after several attempts to negotiate. All we wanted was to buy the bike, pay state taxes and leave. That could not be done without other charges. They lie about their retail price. They act like a dealership with sales associates, managers, finance team. All we wanted was to buy the bike. They cannot be trusted. Go to a trusted, honest dealer!
