ZERO STARS! ZERO STARS!! These people must only know motorcycles, because they did a horrible job on our Kawasaki KRX machine that was there for a warranty repair!!! First, they said we wouldn’t like the repair. (Hello, it’s unsafe without the repair. 🙄) Then, they kept the machine for almost 2 months. We get it back and stereo wires were left hanging everywhere. The vent tube was left sitting on the skid plate, which would have destroyed our machine if we went riding in mud/water. Bolts were missing from the heat shield, mud flaps, and they did not put oil back in the machine. Awful service and horrible job putting our machine back together!!!!! They should be ashamed!!🤬

Same story here....a $1999 advertised… Same story here....a $1999 advertised price on a used scooter was $3700 out the door. Have bought bikes from Honda dealerships in 4 states & have never seen ridiculous markups like this dealership charges. Will NEVER use this place for anything on my existing Honda.....

Here in Arizona they charge $599 doc… Here in Arizona they charge $599 doc fee. A great secretary making $30/hr needs to work 20 hours to do paperwork that we have all done at the DMV in 30minutes? 😂 they also charge $500 for dealer prep on a new bike - this is usually a 30min- 1 hour inspection and screwing undone parts and adding liquids. That’s more than surgeons make. Never never buy from these fools.

Pay attention to your contract Wow make sure you look at you contract before you sign .. bought a Suzuki Strom 800 sticker price on bike $9300 . Was charged 11477.63 on contract . Plus was out of state and still charged sales tax . Ripped me off about 2500 dollars total.. just look at all the reviews . They will take what they can .

רמאים Be careful, this dealer is a fraud. I bought a motorcycle from him and he fraudulently gave me a warranty without asking me if I want it. I discovered the fraud the day after the purchase and he refuses to return my money, it's really theft
