Ripped off at RideNow Powersports in Holly Hill, FL My experience at this Dealer was totally unacceptable. Not only did they not do what I asked, they lied to me while charging $211 for nothing! I asked them to check the USB outlet and read the ECU for an error. The outlet did not function, and the bike had shut off for no reason while riding. They did not read the ECU and they uninstalled the USB outlet claiming that it was full of water!!!! Bike: 2023 KTM 790 Duke under warranty.

They took 10 days to deliver my bike… They took 10 days to deliver my bike and after that, they promised to do my first payment for the inconvenience, and they never did, I got an overcharge for the battery warranty that I didn’t want worst customer service I will never buy another bike from this dealer. They don’t even deserve a one star.

Elliot Winter is an employee at this "company" he is shady business wise and I think he is pocketing cash difference while offering "Deals" If you google him you'll find out the garbage they employ! Beware its disgusting! Avoid!

I went in to purchase a side x side… I went in to purchase a side x side they had listed on the internet. There price out the door without the tax bill was over $6000 more than the advertised price with shipping and dealer prep and other miscellaneous charges. I don’t know who would ever buy from a company like that.

Same story here....a $1999 advertised… Same story here....a $1999 advertised price on a used scooter was $3700 out the door. Have bought bikes from Honda dealerships in 4 states & have never seen ridiculous markups like this dealership charges. Will NEVER use this place for anything on my existing Honda.....
