fraudsters clicked on the link to purchase side marker connector for my camaro. recieved wrong part. seller claimed i ordered wrong part. it was the right part. the picture matched the part i held in my hand. the part number matched the manufacturer part number. the link clearly stated the right part for camaro. directed me to "right" part for mazda rx7. i drive a camaro. not the right part. doesnt even look like the right part. offered to send "right" at my expense. paypal invoice showed different part number than what i clicked on. fraudsters. paypal refunded my money.

bad products, but they make up for it with a lousy attitude for customer service very simply, the sent me product that didn't work as advertised. one of the two lamps they sent me broke off in my hand as i removed it. they are only willing to refund me for the one lamp that isn't broken. I'm done with these fools. that give a bad name to internet auto accessory firms

Autolumination.com will not correct their own errors Autolumination.com sent me parts that looked completely different than what I ordered and what is pictured on their website. I sent them pictures of what they sent and they will not admit to sending me wrong parts. Also they will not refund my shipping cost and want me to pay for return shipping. This is a lousy business operation and website. BEWARE before you buy!

I purchased a set of type 74 bulbs for… I purchased a set of type 74 bulbs for my cars instrument cluster. After replacing the bulbs I immediately noticed they were flickering. Wanting to make sure that it wasn't installer error I waited until I had the chance to pull my cluster again and re check my connections I did this and put everything back together. I then contacted the seller and he proceeded to blame me for damaging the bulbs and trying to make me pay for replacements for his DOA product. We went back and forth and he has refused to make things right. The owner if this company does not stand behind his product. I suggest looking elsewhere for bulbs.

Purchase was fine I was looking for a rare light 6v motorcycle headlight. No local dealers had it. Ebay wanted $50. From Amazon I found autolumination is offering the light for $30 but I went to their website directly (as usual you can do better than Amazon by going to the vendor). Autolumination had it for $25 which included shipping. Great. Their website is lousy but I found the light and ordered. Two days later it was delivered, shipped from Arizona. Very happy with this company. It seems there are others complaining about their experience, but I wanted to come here and post a review because I did not have any problems. Often happy customers don't bother. I'm pleased. Thanks.
