USbad products, but they make up for it with a lousy attitude for customer service very simply, the sent me product that didn't work as advertised. one of the two lamps they sent me broke off in my hand as i removed it. they are only willing to refund me for the one lamp that isn't broken. I'm done with these fools. that give a bad name to internet auto accessory firms

USThey sent " UPGRADED" bulb that doesn't fit. Lucky Me!! I ordered very specific bulb due to dimensions of bulb. They sent completely different bulb from what I ordered. When I emailed them they claim they sent upgraded bulb. It doesn't fit so it does me no good. They're refuse to pay return shipping yet they knowingly sent wrong part. This business is a joke. Stay away.

NZDefective products dissimilar to advertised are "just the way they are" Bought the LED neon tube on their site. While the red one gave the advertised effect neither green nor blue did. The tubing was transparent and completely fails to diffuse the light from the LED core as advertised. After ignoring my initial email and being told I was "confused" they finally said "that's just the way they are".

CAALL THEY SENT WAS THE GARBAGE ! I ordered two Par 38 LED lamps and what I got is outrageous.....one lamp is broken internally...not from shipping since the box is OK...and the other is without a protective cover over the internal high voltage components and LED's. I tried the lamps to see if they worked....at my own personal risk...and guess what, they don't work. So now its going to cost me even more to send them back. Clearly this company is a fraud and should not be allowed to continue business DANGER ! DANGER ! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

USProducts only okay, but customer serice usually poor I've dealt twith this company for a few transaction. While order and ship is no problem - the customer service from them is disasterous. If they send u a defective bulb, you would have to pay for the charges to ship them back first and fill out a form for exchange. Not sure how this site survived for so long with poor customer service, but thats my 2 cents.
