USOwner cussed and screamed Ordered 5 pigtails from this company, they shipped an empty pkg. These crooks live in a million dollar home )and yet are willing to screw you over for a few dollars. His wife Tracy called and yelled and screamed and made threats against us. Don't order from this company as they are already being investigated for mail fraud

USfraudsters clicked on the link to purchase side marker connector for my camaro. recieved wrong part. seller claimed i ordered wrong part. it was the right part. the picture matched the part i held in my hand. the part number matched the manufacturer part number. the link clearly stated the right part for camaro. directed me to "right" part for mazda rx7. i drive a camaro. not the right part. doesnt even look like the right part. offered to send "right" at my expense. paypal invoice showed different part number than what i clicked on. fraudsters. paypal refunded my money.

USI purchased a set of type 74 bulbs for… I purchased a set of type 74 bulbs for my cars instrument cluster. After replacing the bulbs I immediately noticed they were flickering. Wanting to make sure that it wasn't installer error I waited until I had the chance to pull my cluster again and re check my connections I did this and put everything back together. I then contacted the seller and he proceeded to blame me for damaging the bulbs and trying to make me pay for replacements for his DOA product. We went back and forth and he has refused to make things right. The owner if this company does not stand behind his product. I suggest looking elsewhere for bulbs.

USChinese knockoffs Shipped out fast. Headlight "HIRs" are a cheap knock Chinese knock off. We'll see if the LED I also ordered is any good. Will order from Superbrightleds next time.

CADo not even bother. No customer service. Do not even bother. Look closely at the reviews. If there is any issue, you are screwed. I placed an order for 120 bulbs from their website. 60 were the wrong color but they took my money and sent them anyway. Later they said they no longer had that color. I said you should have asked me what I wanted to do before you blindly sent the wrong bulbs. Back and forth it went. Final answer : They want me to pay return shipping and then pay a restocking fee. Real lacklustre business practice. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.
