Owner cussed and screamed Ordered 5 pigtails from this company, they shipped an empty pkg. These crooks live in a million dollar home )and yet are willing to screw you over for a few dollars. His wife Tracy called and yelled and screamed and made threats against us. Don't order from this company as they are already being investigated for mail fraud

BEWARE-False Advertising Website shows a picture of a genuine, all Philips HID conversion kit. Description reads '100% Philips HID Kit'. Wrong. Received nothing in factory packaging, everything just thrown into a box for shipping. Ballasts were correct, but with cheap looking Chinese bulbs. When I provided a photo of the actual Philips bulb to Tracy, there was no direct response other than the ones sent to me are "wonderful bulbs". As if I'm not supposed to notice getting ripped-off and just install them. I did return the kit for a refund but did not avoid a re-stocking fee that should not have been charged due to their false advertising. It appears the company is doing OK as the average tract home on E. Beachcomber Dr. has been replaced by a much nicer house on E. Vallejo Ct. in Gilbert AZ.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM I ordered amber-white switchbacks with expedited air international shipping ($35 add on). The parts show up 9 days later with postage listing it cost them $20.... Not a big deal. The parts were incorrect and flashed the wrong pattern. I sent an email to Tracy asking for them to send the correct ones to me and I would return the incorrect ones. She proceeded to insult me, accuse of being a liar. I provided video evidence of them installed and being tested. It is clear they are incorrect. I finally had to bight the bullet and pay my own money to have them sent back. She receives them and is still trying to blame me and my vehicle circuit. (I had previous bulbs installed working fine and these were extra replacements). She finally gives and and no only agrees to refund the list price of the bulbs and wants me to eat the cost of their shipping and my own shipping for their screw up. Not to mention through all of these she is no doubt the rudest person you will ever deal with. I'd give zero or negative stars if I could.

Chinese knockoffs Shipped out fast. Headlight "HIRs" are a cheap knock Chinese knock off. We'll see if the LED I also ordered is any good. Will order from Superbrightleds next time.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Took my $$ right away, waited 2 weeks to ship anything, sent wrong products, sent used products, were incredibly rude in communications...finally said enough and issued a chargeback. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
