Flight cancellation without notice 22 August 2016 bought two tickets for the bus Orangeways from Budapest to Vienna on 11-00 November 5th 2016. No warning of the cancellation I did not get. Arriving at the bus station Népliget 10-30, I waited for the bus to 12-00, but the bus did not come. The company's office was closed, hot-line telephones are not answered. We had to buy bus tickets to other companies. Orangeways several weeks promises to return the money for the tickets, but so far I have not received anything. Do not mess with this company, they all cheat.

Terrible! Don't waste your money Bought ticket from Vienna to Budapest months in advance and they cancelled the day before (not unusual if you read other reviews). Asked for a refund, they eventually replied to my email saying it would take two weeks (Why?). 3 weeks later and still waiting. Is this a scam? Either way we took a Flixbus who were modern friendly and efficient. My advice, avoid Orangeways at all costs!

Worst transport company Well, I'm actually not recommending this company to anyone. I was supposed to travel with them, 3 weeks ago, from Budapest to Krakow. One day before the trip was planned, they called me to tell me that the bus is canceled, so I had to find another one in less than 24 hours!!! Luckily, other companies respect their clients, so I managed to arrive in Poland in time. What annoys me more is that I keep calling them and send them e-mails to give me a refund (because they haven't do it so far), and they are not asnwering to them. OrangeWays, when I'll go back to Hungary, I'll definetely go to the consumer's protection to denounce you ;)

Orangeways Bus Orangeways cancelled my reservation and notified me the cancellation by an email one day before the departure. The email also informed me that they will refund the bus fare. 3 month passed and I still did'nt get the refund. I sent 3 emails asking to refund but they have not replied. They should never be allowed to do business in Europe or anywhere else.

good trip The day before our departure our bus was cancelled, we were a bit scared because we read very bad opinions. Fortunately orangeways had two more trips that day at 11:30 and 19:30. There was no problem at all they were nice and we arrived on time. May be they had some bad trips and thats why they had very bad opinions, usually when everything is good you dont give any opinion.
