NEVER AGAIN! My friend and I made a reservation to travel from Cracow to Budapest on July 31st this year. Our bus was supposed to depart at 14:30. At 15:15, still no bus. I sent an email to the company, they replied almost instantly and informed me that our bus wouldn't arrive since the line had been canceled, and that they couldn't tell us since our reservation was made on their old system (???). They then sent me the neccessary information to claim a full refund, which I did. Now, a month later, and after three emails from me regarding my refund claim, I still haven't heard from them. No refund, and especially no response at all to my emails. This is utterly unprofessional, and I strongly recommend against using their services.

LIARS!!!! BE CAREFUL I want to punish this company and maybe someone know if we need to wrote to the police about this scammers or other way? I was in Budapest few days ago and wanted to visit Wien, I bought a tickets and they send me email that my bus was cancelled in this date but with possibility to change for another date. I wrote them few letters, called them but nobody answered. I'm so angry with this situation and I want to ask all people which also were in similar situation not to keep silent and demand the justice!!!

Orangeways Bus Orangeways cancelled my reservation and notified me the cancellation by an email one day before the departure. The email also informed me that they will refund the bus fare. 3 month passed and I still did'nt get the refund. I sent 3 emails asking to refund but they have not replied. They should never be allowed to do business in Europe or anywhere else.

Do they even have a single working vehicle??? Booked tickets were cancelled due to "technical problems" one day before trip. Seems to be standard :-( To save you from trouble, it´s more convenient to book from another provider right away which is more reliable e.g. flixbus

VERY UNRELIABLE, DONT USE IT They cancelled our line without any replacement and told us to go day earlier or day later. With accommodation already booked and connecting flight out of Budapest we lost not only money for the hotel but also we had to buy last minute train tickets for triple the price. Traveling day earlier wouldnt solve anything as we would have to take extra day of vacation and pay extra night at the hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE!
