GBAbsolutely horrible experience Absolutely horrible experience. I would never do business again with a internet company that doesn't take PayPal. If you chose to patronage these folks I eish you better luck than I. I received sludge up engine. When I asked for exchange was told: anything we send you will be that bad, they don't take care of their engines because they know they have to pull them a 50k. Send it back in original condition on the original palate and we might do something. Well the palate was long gone. The pan and valve cover were off and it was impossible to send back in original packaging and they knew it. They said to keep going with the install and if there was an issue they would honor the warrantee. Burned over 1guart per tank (250 miles) of gas. They refused to honor the warranty. Short and sad end to story it blew up in about 500 miles. My advise would be. Turn around dont walk away, but run fast as you can. But that's just my advice and experience. In sure they have some happy customers as well.

GBThe engine I paid for technically… The engine I paid for technically lasted a year, but it sputtered, stalled, and potentially destroyed the rest of my exhaust system because it was so filthy when they put it in. I was always afraid to drive long distances, and the car never had the performance it once had with the new engine. Engineworld scams you -- you pay quite a bit of money for an engine, which does not include labor costs, for a very minimal warranty. Buyer beware.

GBDon't recommend buying from this company The initial process of ordering, obtaining the new engine, and sending the old engine back was pretty easy. The problems started once the engine was installed. My mechanic tried starting and test driving my truck after installation and found it to have knocking noises coming from the engine. After several attempts at determining what exactly was the problem, my mechanic suggested returning the engine due to a bent rod. I started the process by calling customer service. At first they were very helpful and friendly and gave us more suggestions on how we could try to remedy the issue without returning the engine, which we tried. None of those worked, and I again to ask for a refund. At this point, the customer service rep that I was dealing with started to get very pushy and rude. He did not want to start the refund process. I had him speak with my mechanic, and even after doing that was still rude to me. It took several days and phone calls to get anyone to help me. I did finally get a refund, but I was out a few hundred dollars due to shipping. This was a big ordeal and I would not suggest buying from this company.

GBEngines probably don't have less than 70,000 miles as claimed. They claim all their engines have less than 70,000 miles, but have no paperwork or VIN to support their claim. With older engines, it is highly unlikely they will have less than 70,000 miles especially if they can't provide a VIN in order to verify how many miles the vehicle had when it was recycled.

GBThe engines are a piece of garbage The engines are a piece of garbage, and are not worth having a used engine like this in your car. You will most likely have to reseal the whole engine yourselves. I bought from them and never again..
