Total scam is Avis / Budget Total scam is Avis / Budget. Rented a car for 106Euro. Had to pay 179Euro extra for ‘something i signed for’. A windshield protection. They mislead you in signing a vague contract and threaten you with large 3.500 Euro fines for a tiny scratch. DO NOT RENT HERE EVER. This happened at Malaga airport.

Shocking pick up service at Heathrow… Shocking pick up service at Heathrow Terminal 5 . Waited over 20 mins at Terminal for a bus to take to car rental area off site and when it arrived there was not enough room. Other car rental companies had 2 buses arrive and depart in same period !! Regular occurrence with Avis and they cannot manage a key area of their business and now we just go book elsewhere . So much for their “preferred service”

Avis Savannah. Nightmare Avis Savannah 4/3/24. Reserved car…50+ people in line…NO cars line not moving Spent $320.00 on metered taxi to get to a meeting 11/2 hours away. All customer service after much time spent offered a coupon or $50. Not acceptable

Good experience with Avis at Oslo airport Despite some bad reviews, I'd rented an SUV in Avis at the Oslo airport and was completely satisfied. Nice car, good service, no lines, no hidden charges. Everything was great.
