We had a 50 hours delayed, because of tecnical problems in my plane, and they were great mantaining our reservations. Also, all the employees were very nice. Europcar have a great partner in USA!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would If I could give ZERO stars I would. He first gave me an unsafe Hyundai sonata with a flat tire (air pressure of 14!). we turned around to get our car changed but inconveniently he went for his lunch break. No one in the hotel had his contact info or ANYONES info for that matter. So we wasted 40 mins waiting around and lost all our activity reservations. Eventually some woman came and upgraded us to a Hyundai Tuscan and when we got in the car the gas was less than half tank full! And in the end they CHARGED us an additional $162 thinking we did not fill it up. Good thing I took pictures of both the flat tire and empty gas tank so they can’t scam us. DO NOT RENT FROM ADVANTAGE.

SLC, UT... good service Our service with Advantage was very good. The problem comes when using an online booking service. We were unfortunate to have used carrental8.com Advantage employees were friendly and helpful. Our car was new. They charged us only for the time we had the vehicle. However we were left feeling violated by carrental8.com Later we learned by our own research it would have been cheaper to reserve directly with Advantage. We pre-purchased our fuel at the rental counter, cheaper than local gas prices. Brought the car back on fumes without any additional cost. We will never reserve with another online 3rd party booking agency again. Thanks for the great service Advantage, we will do business again.

Do not book......... Do not book.......... Truly shocked by the level of service.Cars all damaged to some extent.The (least damaged car) we selected had no cental locking key. Do not use Advantage at Orlando Airport (MCO) I am writing to the booking agents (Priceline)... They usually use quality car rental companies!!!!

well I'm adding to my review i issued… well I'm adding to my review i issued yesturday Get this they charged my credit card an additional 42.60 and did not explain why???? I'm thinking because of the review. This is criminal I have my banking institution open up an investigation and dispute This company issued a receipt with NO extra charges. The fuel was full and I had the toll package. I'm afraid they are going to continue charging my card. I called the phone number, did not go through. They are owned by HERTZ. I called HERTZ. Nothing but voicemails and no help whatsoever. Oh and i tried sending an email that was returned. Way to go HERTZ
