Got an expedia quote of $114.35… Got an expedia quote of $114.35 Canadian all fees and taxes included for a car Jan 2nd 2024 to Jan 6th 2024. Got a bill of $269USD along with all the add-ons not consented too. Tried to talk to expedia concerning the situation and the referred me to call advantage rent a car which I did, but it was like taking to a robot, non stop telling me its mandatory to take the extras. Now I'm dealing directly with the credit card company to reimburse me and they will deal with the company directly. Its fraud, STAY AWAY FROM THIS B.S company

If I could give ZERO stars I would If I could give ZERO stars I would. He first gave me an unsafe Hyundai sonata with a flat tire (air pressure of 14!). we turned around to get our car changed but inconveniently he went for his lunch break. No one in the hotel had his contact info or ANYONES info for that matter. So we wasted 40 mins waiting around and lost all our activity reservations. Eventually some woman came and upgraded us to a Hyundai Tuscan and when we got in the car the gas was less than half tank full! And in the end they CHARGED us an additional $162 thinking we did not fill it up. Good thing I took pictures of both the flat tire and empty gas tank so they can’t scam us. DO NOT RENT FROM ADVANTAGE.

Charged us twice as much as quoted online We had rented through orbitz, and when we arrived at the rental counter is was incredibly busy so we quickly went through the paperwork. After driving away, we noticed that they had added collision insurance to our bill (which caused it to be twice as much as quoted by Orbitz!) without confirming or asking us. We called, requesting to get it removed (since our car insurance covers rental cars) but they refused and Orbitz said there was nothing they could do.

Don't go for the cheapest!! It's not. Arrived at Denver after the long flight from the UK. Waited an hour and a half in the rental office with maybe 40 other customers in a snaking queue. Got to the desk (we'd already booked online and paid for extra insurance) to be told we hadn't paid for fully comp insurance - that option hadn't apparently been available online - and that if we wanted it it would cost 15 dollars a day. We felt manipulated but obliged to pay. V v unpleasant.

Rented in FLL airport terminal on… Rented in FLL airport terminal on 7/3/19 a.m. Had to wait only 2 agents on the day before the FOURTH !! It wasn't even busy yet imagine when it is busy. Very slow !! Romel, the service agent couldn't crack a smile if he even tried. Very poor customer service interaction; actually no interaction at all. Had an attitude b/c I wanted to verify the charges.
