GBWe dealt with an individual named … We dealt with an individual named marc(manager of the Austin office). They put our friend with cystic fibrosis life at risk by renting us a vehicle that had no external power for an 8 hour trip. I highly recommend not doing business with advantage. We put together events for terminally sick kids and they rented us a vehicle that had no internal power and achieved 7 miles per Gallon when they told us it was 18 mpg. When trying to deal with the situation marc said that he didn't want to deal with giving us a proportionate refund simply because " he didn't want to".

FRThe have so many hidden fees its such a… The have so many hidden fees its such a rip off. We hired a car for one of our staff. $35 for the day, or so we thought. We opted in for insurance $15 a day. Then there was the pre paid gas,(acceptable) Loss damage waiver(whatever that was) Daily tolls, (acceptable) Priv Fee Recovery Charge (whatever that was) then there was state tax, vehicle license feee, Florida surcharge and a Tire battery fee.(minimal) but in the end it was $137 for ONE DAY... We only paid $157 for two days with Hertz and didn't have to travel miles to the rental location. So please use them if you have a lot of money to throw away

CAwell I'm adding to my review i issued… well I'm adding to my review i issued yesturday Get this they charged my credit card an additional 42.60 and did not explain why???? I'm thinking because of the review. This is criminal I have my banking institution open up an investigation and dispute This company issued a receipt with NO extra charges. The fuel was full and I had the toll package. I'm afraid they are going to continue charging my card. I called the phone number, did not go through. They are owned by HERTZ. I called HERTZ. Nothing but voicemails and no help whatsoever. Oh and i tried sending an email that was returned. Way to go HERTZ

PTAdvantage car rental in Orlando Advantage car rental in Orlando, was exceptional with my reservation. We had a 50 hours delayed, because of tecnical problems in my plane, and they were great mantaining our reservations. Also, all the employees were very nice. Europcar have a great partner in USA!!! GBCollected my car from George Bush… Collected my car from George Bush International in Houston. Provided with a battered car with terrible mileage, a destroyed front bumper and the engine warning light on one week in. The headlights didn't even work properly. When challenged upon collection the response was those are the keys you've been given, thats the car you've got. Would NEVER use again. To top it off, we didn't even receive the full deposit back as they had taken a chunk out for *Taxes* that had never previously been mentioned.
