It's a horrible experience!! It's a horrible experience!!! We rented the car in Las Vegas and drove to Arizona and Utah to visit national parks. Not to mention that it's old model and DIESEL only (more expensive for gas and inconvenient), the heater in the car is not working! We were driving in snow condition without heater. I had to wear down jacket, hat, mask and gloves in the car to keep myself warm. It was 20 degree outside and probably the same in the car. Couldn't feel my legs after one hour driving. Worst car rental experience I've ever had!

Got an expedia quote of $114.35… Got an expedia quote of $114.35 Canadian all fees and taxes included for a car Jan 2nd 2024 to Jan 6th 2024. Got a bill of $269USD along with all the add-ons not consented too. Tried to talk to expedia concerning the situation and the referred me to call advantage rent a car which I did, but it was like taking to a robot, non stop telling me its mandatory to take the extras. Now I'm dealing directly with the credit card company to reimburse me and they will deal with the company directly. Its fraud, STAY AWAY FROM THIS B.S company

I'm thinking because of the review. This is criminal I have my banking institution open up an investigation and dispute This company issued a receipt with NO extra charges. The fuel was full and I had the toll package. I'm afraid they are going to continue charging my card. I called the phone number, did not go through. They are owned by HERTZ. I called HERTZ. Nothing but voicemails and no help whatsoever. Oh and i tried sending an email that was returned. Way to go HERTZ

Advantage car rental in Orlando Advantage car rental in Orlando, was exceptional with my reservation. We had a 50 hours delayed, because of tecnical problems in my plane, and they were great mantaining our reservations. Also, all the employees were very nice. Europcar have a great partner in USA!!! You quoted use approximately $200.00… You quoted use approximately $200.00 for a weekly rental and when we go to check put and leave, its $424.00. Talk about some deceitful conduct. Never again. Scam central
