They put our friend with cystic fibrosis life at risk by renting us a vehicle that had no external power for an 8 hour trip. I highly recommend not doing business with advantage. We put together events for terminally sick kids and they rented us a vehicle that had no internal power and achieved 7 miles per Gallon when they told us it was 18 mpg. When trying to deal with the situation marc said that he didn't want to deal with giving us a proportionate refund simply because " he didn't want to".

Liars Greed They upgrade you if your friend has proof of insurance so you can drive. 140 plus tax Licensing fee 75. Every time the car is rented. Rip off. Started out at 300 fir rental ended at 604. I'm thinking because of the review. This is criminal I have my banking institution open up an investigation and dispute This company issued a receipt with NO extra charges. The fuel was full and I had the toll package. I'm afraid they are going to continue charging my card. I called the phone number, did not go through. They are owned by HERTZ. I called HERTZ. Nothing but voicemails and no help whatsoever. Oh and i tried sending an email that was returned. Way to go HERTZ

I booked a convertible through wisecar… I booked a convertible through wisecar for my honeymoon in hawaii. Upon arrival the agent that helped us, Jimmy-Jack, seemed to be helpful. I told him we booked through wisecar and I offered the reservation number. He saw I had booked a convertible and said they have two convertibles available mustang or Jeep. I took the Jeep and we went on our way. The Monday after we returned from our vacation I saw that we were charged double our quoted reservation and wisecar would do nothing about it. Extremely disappointed in both companies. Wisecar and Advantage scamming customers with a promised low price then once it hits your credit card they play blame game on each other.
