We dealt with an individual named … We dealt with an individual named marc(manager of the Austin office). They put our friend with cystic fibrosis life at risk by renting us a vehicle that had no external power for an 8 hour trip. I highly recommend not doing business with advantage. We put together events for terminally sick kids and they rented us a vehicle that had no internal power and achieved 7 miles per Gallon when they told us it was 18 mpg. When trying to deal with the situation marc said that he didn't want to deal with giving us a proportionate refund simply because " he didn't want to".

Do not book......... Do not book.......... Truly shocked by the level of service.Cars all damaged to some extent.The (least damaged car) we selected had no cental locking key. Do not use Advantage at Orlando Airport (MCO) I am writing to the booking agents (Priceline)... They usually use quality car rental companies!!!!

You quoted use approximately $200.00… You quoted use approximately $200.00 for a weekly rental and when we go to check put and leave, its $424.00. Talk about some deceitful conduct. Never again. Scam central

We had a 50 hours delayed, because of tecnical problems in my plane, and they were great mantaining our reservations. Also, all the employees were very nice. Europcar have a great partner in USA!!! It's a horrible experience!! It's a horrible experience!!! We rented the car in Las Vegas and drove to Arizona and Utah to visit national parks. Not to mention that it's old model and DIESEL only (more expensive for gas and inconvenient), the heater in the car is not working! We were driving in snow condition without heater. I had to wear down jacket, hat, mask and gloves in the car to keep myself warm. It was 20 degree outside and probably the same in the car. Couldn't feel my legs after one hour driving. Worst car rental experience I've ever had!
