I booked a convertible through wisecar… I booked a convertible through wisecar for my honeymoon in hawaii. Upon arrival the agent that helped us, Jimmy-Jack, seemed to be helpful. I told him we booked through wisecar and I offered the reservation number. He saw I had booked a convertible and said they have two convertibles available mustang or Jeep. I took the Jeep and we went on our way. The Monday after we returned from our vacation I saw that we were charged double our quoted reservation and wisecar would do nothing about it. Extremely disappointed in both companies. Wisecar and Advantage scamming customers with a promised low price then once it hits your credit card they play blame game on each other.

We had a 50 hours delayed, because of tecnical problems in my plane, and they were great mantaining our reservations. Also, all the employees were very nice. Europcar have a great partner in USA!!! They lie They lie. They don’t tell you anywhere that you need proof of insurance. Yiu get there they tell you it’s very important that you get the toll package even though I said we’re not travelling far or at night. 240 plus tax. Liars Greed They upgrade you if your friend has proof of insurance so you can drive. 140 plus tax Licensing fee 75. Every time the car is rented. Rip off. Started out at 300 fir rental ended at 604. American. Greed

You quoted use approximately $200.00… You quoted use approximately $200.00 for a weekly rental and when we go to check put and leave, its $424.00. Talk about some deceitful conduct. Never again. Scam central

Got an expedia quote of $114.35… Got an expedia quote of $114.35 Canadian all fees and taxes included for a car Jan 2nd 2024 to Jan 6th 2024. Got a bill of $269USD along with all the add-ons not consented too. Tried to talk to expedia concerning the situation and the referred me to call advantage rent a car which I did, but it was like taking to a robot, non stop telling me its mandatory to take the extras. Now I'm dealing directly with the credit card company to reimburse me and they will deal with the company directly. Its fraud, STAY AWAY FROM THIS B.S company
