We had a 50 hours delayed, because of tecnical problems in my plane, and they were great mantaining our reservations. Also, all the employees were very nice. Europcar have a great partner in USA!!! GBMy worst car rental experience in many, many years! My worst car rental experience in many, many years. Car was high mileage and flashed a computer warning, during the entire rental period, to return to the dealer. Picked up car at night after just it was brought inside after a rainstorm. Because the car was still wet I missed a very small windshield crack on initial inspection that my wife noticed the next morning. Being honest, I pointed out the flaw to the agent upon returning the car. NOW I'M BEING PENALIZED FOR MY HONESTY AND CHARGED FOR A DAMAGED WINDSHIELD!! I will NEVER rent from Advantage again.

GBIncompetence at its best! I booked a car in July via Europcar for collection at JFK on 7th September at 8:00. Along with at least 4 customers in front of us, we were told that no cars would be available for at least an hour, the girl on the desk being unbelievably complacent and disinterested. It says enough that this comnpany is the only one based upstairs at JFK whilst the others have their own, bigger offices on the ground floor. Not recommended in any way whatsoever. We ended up cancelling and booking at Hertz instead as we had a 9 hour drive to Canada to get on with. Unsurprisingly, we have not yet had a refund 3 weeks later.

CAwell I'm adding to my review i issued… well I'm adding to my review i issued yesturday Get this they charged my credit card an additional 42.60 and did not explain why???? I'm thinking because of the review. This is criminal I have my banking institution open up an investigation and dispute This company issued a receipt with NO extra charges. The fuel was full and I had the toll package. I'm afraid they are going to continue charging my card. I called the phone number, did not go through. They are owned by HERTZ. I called HERTZ. Nothing but voicemails and no help whatsoever. Oh and i tried sending an email that was returned. Way to go HERTZ

GBRented in FLL airport terminal on… Rented in FLL airport terminal on 7/3/19 a.m. Had to wait only 2 agents on the day before the FOURTH !! It wasn't even busy yet imagine when it is busy. Very slow !! Romel, the service agent couldn't crack a smile if he even tried. Very poor customer service interaction; actually no interaction at all. Had an attitude b/c I wanted to verify the charges.
