GBRented in FLL airport terminal on… Rented in FLL airport terminal on 7/3/19 a.m. Had to wait only 2 agents on the day before the FOURTH !! It wasn't even busy yet imagine when it is busy. Very slow !! Romel, the service agent couldn't crack a smile if he even tried. Very poor customer service interaction; actually no interaction at all. Had an attitude b/c I wanted to verify the charges.

CAThey lie They lie. They don’t tell you anywhere that you need proof of insurance. Yiu get there they tell you it’s very important that you get the toll package even though I said we’re not travelling far or at night. 240 plus tax. Liars Greed They upgrade you if your friend has proof of insurance so you can drive. 140 plus tax Licensing fee 75. Every time the car is rented. Rip off. Started out at 300 fir rental ended at 604. American. Greed

GBDo not book......... Do not book.......... Truly shocked by the level of service.Cars all damaged to some extent.The (least damaged car) we selected had no cental locking key. Do not use Advantage at Orlando Airport (MCO) I am writing to the booking agents (Priceline)... They usually use quality car rental companies!!!!

CAIf I could give ZERO stars I would If I could give ZERO stars I would. He first gave me an unsafe Hyundai sonata with a flat tire (air pressure of 14!). we turned around to get our car changed but inconveniently he went for his lunch break. No one in the hotel had his contact info or ANYONES info for that matter. So we wasted 40 mins waiting around and lost all our activity reservations. Eventually some woman came and upgraded us to a Hyundai Tuscan and when we got in the car the gas was less than half tank full! And in the end they CHARGED us an additional $162 thinking we did not fill it up. Good thing I took pictures of both the flat tire and empty gas tank so they can’t scam us. DO NOT RENT FROM ADVANTAGE.

PTAdvantage car rental in Orlando Advantage car rental in Orlando, was exceptional with my reservation. We had a 50 hours delayed, because of tecnical problems in my plane, and they were great mantaining our reservations. Also, all the employees were very nice. Europcar have a great partner in USA!!!
