Stay Away or be Ready for a Painful Headache Reservation # AEXP06CCBE Atlanta Airport. I was supposed to pick up a car on 3/19 the location had no reserved car. The service lady asked me to wait for 2-3hrs to get the car which I declined. I asked for cancellation and went across to Alamo where I managed to get a car in 15minutes. To my surprise, I was charged a $50 no-show fee on my credit card. Mistakes happen but this is unacceptable and customer service reps on the 1-800 line can be unbelievably rude. Please refund my account and do not treat customers like this - life is already stressful anyway.

Advantage closed before there time and… Advantage closed before there time and the customer service manager Nicolas said they were closed before their time because they had rented out all their cars before our plane landed. They charged us a fee for not canceling even though they had no cars left. We tried calling over and over and they didn't pick up because they sent everyone home. Advantage abandoned us at the airport with no other options. We felt betrayed and worried because we had an early meeting the next day with a 2 hour drive still ahead of us with no car. So we rented from Sixt rental car , they are a much better company. Review after review has said advantage has stolen from them. Call the attorney general of the state your in ASAP if they have done something bad to you.

Do not book......... Do not book.......... Truly shocked by the level of service.Cars all damaged to some extent.The (least damaged car) we selected had no cental locking key. Do not use Advantage at Orlando Airport (MCO) I am writing to the booking agents (Priceline)... They usually use quality car rental companies!!!!

The have so many hidden fees its such a… The have so many hidden fees its such a rip off. We hired a car for one of our staff. $35 for the day, or so we thought. We opted in for insurance $15 a day. Then there was the pre paid gas,(acceptable) Loss damage waiver(whatever that was) Daily tolls, (acceptable) Priv Fee Recovery Charge (whatever that was) then there was state tax, vehicle license feee, Florida surcharge and a Tire battery fee.(minimal) but in the end it was $137 for ONE DAY... We only paid $157 for two days with Hertz and didn't have to travel miles to the rental location. So please use them if you have a lot of money to throw away

SLC, UT... good service Our service with Advantage was very good. The problem comes when using an online booking service. We were unfortunate to have used carrental8.com Advantage employees were friendly and helpful. Our car was new. They charged us only for the time we had the vehicle. However we were left feeling violated by carrental8.com Later we learned by our own research it would have been cheaper to reserve directly with Advantage. We pre-purchased our fuel at the rental counter, cheaper than local gas prices. Brought the car back on fumes without any additional cost. We will never reserve with another online 3rd party booking agency again. Thanks for the great service Advantage, we will do business again.
