Bull Crap Company!!!!!!! I placed an order 15 days ago. 3x i was told by quality control (after a long wait time) that my transmission was just released and waiting for shipping. I could expect a tracking # by end of day. Nothing. It took a solid several days of calling and complaints to even reach a supervisor. They are reading a script to shut you up till you cancel the order so they can charge 25% of the total price just to anger you off. Horrible company. Horrible service. Wouldn't even give one star if i had option.

Absolutely awful experience with… Absolutely awful experience with absolutely terrible "employees". God awful customer service with people who do not assist. Bought a transmission from this website, I got shipped the wrong transmission. I was told Scott Green was the supervisor. Spoke to Scott Green and he did nothing to satisfy or attempt to make things right. Scott Green didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! As a supervisor did not even sympathize with the fact that THEY shipped the wrong transmission and THEY were in the wrong. Absolutely terrible company with terrible employees and customer service. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I STRONGLY AGREE FOR ANYONE ELSE TO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE.

i purchased a used tranny i purchased a used tranny, the wrong one was sent, iI communicated with the customer service individual named Scott who stated in an email that a different one which was being tested for my vehicle would be sent soon, in which I replied I no longer wanted a tranny sent but desired a refund....I continue to get the run around and no positive response regarding a refund.....I do not recommend doing business with this outfit

I was relieved. My initial contact was good however I became concerned when I couldn't reconnect with sales due to a shift change. My credit card was already charged which made me nervous. My credit card company was able to make contact and I was able to talk directly to accounting. We received the motor within the time frame promised. The freight company was excellent. The motor was installed and runs beautifully !

Hack job 4L60E rebuild Hack job 4L60E rebuild. Before I even used it I had another shop take it apart and they said maybe 10% rebuild at best. Ripped me off don’t make my same mistake
