USComplete scam company Complete scam company, scam 3rd party buyer and scam transport company. We ordered an engine that the transport company "lost" for 2 weeks. E&TW still took our money the day we ordered the engine. No one could give an answer, no tracking, customer service is non existent. When I finally requested to speak to a supervisor, the rep told didn't have one. Didn't have a boss either. Once the engine was found, the transport company had it sitting in Salt Lake City for 5 days, with no explanation of why. Once we received the engine, it was an absolute piece of junk. Unusable. We filed a credit card fraud claim which resulted in the owner of the transport company screaming at me, how dare I file a claim. Took 2 weeks to finally have the piece of junk removed from our property. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

USFraudulent company Fraudulent company. I purchased an engine for $9K. We couldn't get engine to work. They stalled for several months trying to find a replacement but nothing was available so they said they would refund my money. After a month of waiting and calling for the refund. They told me they wouldn't take my calls anymore. COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

USCompany not willing to correct their wrong I placed an order on 12/29/23 and needed to contact CS to update the delivery address. I did so within minutes of placing my order. Received an email with the the correct shipping address and I confirmed the accuracy. I assumed that everything was corrected. On 1/10/24, the BOL was sent to the shipping company and the transmission was delivered. Unfortunately, to the wrong address, states away. I contact CS and get the run around. I am told I can pay for them to pick it up and reship it (shipping is free initially) or I can return it minus a 25% restocking fee and 2 freights. I should not have to pay for their mistake. They have no interest in correcting their error and the person I am communicating with the Shipping/Tracking Manager. His email responses are unclear, not pertinent and non helpful. My company has ordered 5 transmissions in the last 2 months and this is the only one with an issue and the lack of interest in fixing their wrong is astounding.

USBAD PRODUCTS & SERVICE - DO NOT USE Horrible products and service. We got a used engine for a Ford Ranger from E&TW and it blew up a little over a year later. Rods came lose and the pan had dents from the inside out. When submitting a warranty claim, they give you 5 days to collect all the information they need or they void your warranty altogether. We tried to dispute submitting our information passed the 5 days and spent a month and a half wasting time with empty promises of following up with management. Never got an email saying it was voided or a phone call like they promised. Kim refused to let me speak to management and hung up on me because I asked. I'm sure it was to protect her job because she was useless in the entire process.

USWould not recommend - scam Would not recommend at all. Money is taken from the account within 24 hours, but as you request information- like tracking, you are given crumbs…. Delay is trucking. Eventually all my calls sit in a que and go unanswered for 30+ min. Tried getting to speak to a manager, without success. A file has been claimed for fraud against this company with my banking institution.
