They shipped it to HI even though they don't ship to HI and AL. When I got the bicycle I had some slight problems with the electric shifting. The tech texted me back immediately got the problem fixed. a few days later one of the wires for the battery was a bit used. So they sent me the wire to replace it. Best service ever !
