GBI received a bike that was damaged in… I received a bike that was damaged in shipment. I had given this merchant a 1 star on previous rating. I have upgraded my opinion to neutral from negative. The merchant agreed to a credit of approximately 50% if the cost to repair the damage. The only reason they gave me this credit was I had posted the first negative review. They agreed to this credit if I agreed to write a new review or correct the early review. I do not know how to modify first review. I have neutral feelings about this merchant

GBSeller said they performed a 100 point… Seller said they performed a 100 point inspection/certified pre owned but when I received the bike, all it took was one turn of the steerer and it was a disaster,the lower headset bearing was cooked. I had to go to trek dealer and order the parts which is taking forever. The rest of the components arrived as described. 2 stars for the bike being not ride ready as described.
