You answered my questions about about the bicycle, sale, delivery, and related policies. Excellent support and customer service. Also, there was a lot of added value, like the wheels were already set up tubeless, no sales tax, and a voucher for shipping costs. Bike arrived ahead of schedule and in showroom condition. I was riding within an hour of delivery.

GBUsed parts sold as new One of the parts that was sold to me as new was clearly not new. It was scratched and had dirt and better than the grease. I attempted to reach out to the company to ask about this and what they had to offer to make it right and they never responded to my emails.
